Objective: (1) study the Expression of BMP-2 in normal thyroid tissue, nodular goiter and differentiated thyroid carcinoma characteristics; (2) Study Group calcified thyroid tumors and non-calcified group of thyroid tumors and normal thyroid tissue in the expression of BMP-2 differences, and to analyze its significance; (3) Study thyroid tumors the expression of BMP-2 features, analysis of its relationship with the relationship between the occurrence of tumor.Methods: Random check of differentiated thyroid cancer 20 cases, nodular thyroid tumor 20 cases, normal thyroid tissue 10 cases routine HE staining and immunohistochemistry for the two-step differentiated thyroid cancer, nodular goiter and normal thyroid tissue BMP2 for testing. All data used for statistical analysis SPSS 13.0, using chi-square test (chi-square test conditions are not satisfied with the use of fourfold table data Fisher exact test), P <0.05 for the difference is significant.Result: (1) BMP-2 in Differentiated thyroid carcinoma of the number of positive expression contrast between the number of in normal thyroid tissue of BMP-2 positive expression the number of statistically significant results;(2) BMP-2 in nodular thyroid tumor the number of positive expression contrast between BMP-2 in normal thyroid tissue of positive expression of the number of results was not significant;(3) Thyroid calcification group the expression of BMP-2 was strongly positive significantly higher than that of in normal thyroid tissue BMP-2 positive expression (P <0.01), differences between the two groups was significant;(4) in the Calcification thyroid gland group and the group without calcification, BMP-2 positive expression of the difference between the number is significantly(P <0.01);(5) In differentiated thyroid cancer without apparent clinical calcification group of BMP-2 expression in a number of positive and normal thyroid tissue in the BMP-2 positive expression of contrast between the results of a number of significant statistical significanceConclusion: (1) BMP-2 in normal thyroid tissue and thyroid tumors in the expression, in differentiated thyroid cancer is highly expressed ,in the thyroid calcification is highly expressed; (2) BMP-2 in thyroid calcification number of positive expression group was significantly higher than the normal thyroid and thyroid no calcification group, the number of positive expression suggesting that BMP-2 may be have played a key role in ectopic calcification of thyroid tissue(3)BMP-2 in differentiated thyroid cancer group, the number of positive expression,in thyroid cancer no calcification in the number of positive expression group was significantly higher than the normal thyroid group the number of positive expression, suggesting that BMP-2 may be associated with differentiated thyroid cancer development in progress relevance; (4) BMP-2 in the nodular goiter group, although higher than the number of positive expression of the normal thyroid of positive expression group but medical statistics show the number of no statistical significance prompted BMP-2 and nodular goiter onset was no correlation sexual.
