Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Hyperlipidemia With Compound Tongmai Jiangzhi Tang

Objective: To investigate the Clinical effects of Compound Tongmai Jiangzhi Tang on blong lipids in patients with primary hyperhipidemia .Methods: 60 patients with primary hyperhipidemia were randomly divided into 2 groups .The treated group was treated with Compound Tongmai Jiangzhi Tang,l packet twice a day ,and the control group was treated with Zhibituo capsule by oral taking three tablets two times a day .Therapeutic course for groups was 4 weeks .The change of blood lipids and hemorrheology parameters were tested before and after treatment.Results: The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,ApoA,ApoB,Lp(a),hemorrheology changed obviously in a sense of statistics between the treated group and the control. There were significant differentces in parameters of TC,TG,HDL-C,ApoA,ApoB,Lp(a) and hemorrheology between the two groups.Conclusion: Tangmai Jiangzhi Tang had definited regulatory effect on the blond lipids and liporoteins in patients with hyperlipidemia .
