Clinical Observation On Huanglian Jiangzhi Jiajian Decoction In The Treatment Of Hyperlipoidemia With Phlegm And Blood Stasis

Objective Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory,Huanglian Jiangzhi Jiajian Decoction was used to treat hyPerliPidemia(hyPerliPoidemia)syndrome,and the western medicine atorvastatin(LiPitor)was used as a Positive control.ComParison of clinical curative effect,observe the effect of HuanglianJiangzhi Jiajian Decoction and reducing side on imProving clinical symPtoms,lowering blood liPids,regulating body weight,liver and kidney function,and exPloring the effective mechanism of Huanglian Jiangzhi Jiajian Decoction in treating hyPerliPidemia Clinical significance.Method Eighty outPatients of cardiovascular medicine in Wuhan NO.1 HosPital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were selected from October01,2017 to October 1,2018.The selected cases were in accordance with the diagnosis of hyPerliPidemia and the syndrome differentiation of TCM syndromes.Randomly divided into two grouPs using a random number table method.After removing the shedding cases,there were 37 Patients in the control grouP and38 Patients in the observation grouP.There were no significant statistical significance in age,sex,weight and condition between the two grouPs(P>0.05).37 Patients in the control grouP(atorvastatin,10 mg,orally,once a night),38 Patients in the observation grouP(HuanglianJiangzhi Jiajian Decoction Plus reduction,200 ml,oral,2 times / day + atorvastatin 10 mg once a night).Both grouPs were treated for 3 months.Blood liPids(including total cholesterol,triglycerides,high-density liPoProtein cholesterol,low-density liPoProtein cholesterol)were detected before and after treatment,and comPared;the effects of blood liPid treatment were measured before and after treatment,resPectively.The effects were comPared;the TCM syndrome scores were counted before and after treatment,and the imProvement of TCM syndromes was calculated,and the effective rate was comPared.The TCM symPtom scores were calculated before and after treatment,and the TCM syndrome scores were calculated.The weight and body mass index(BMI)were measured once before and after treatment,and the changes were comPared.The electrocardiogram,liver and kidney function,and myocardial zymogram were detected before and after treatment,and the changes were comPared.Sexual analysis.Data and arithmetic Processing were Performed using statistical software SPSS 21.0.The measured data were exPressed as mean ± standard deviation(x±s).The indePendent t test was used for comParison between grouPs.The chi-square test was used between the counting data grouPs.The difference was not statistically significant at P>0.05,P<0.05.It is statistically significant.Result1.ComParison of blood liPids before and after treatment: There were no significant differences in total cholesterol TC,triglyceride TG,high-density liPoProtein cholesterol LDL-C and low-density liPoProtein cholesterol HDL-C between the two grouPs(P>0.05).After treatment,total cholesterol TC,triglyceride TG,low-density liPoProtein cholesterol HDL-C were decreased,and high-density liPoProtein cholesterol HDL-C was increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,thetotal cholesterol TC,triglyceride TG,low-density liPoProtein cholesterol LDL-C were decreased,and high-density liPoProtein cholesterol HDL-C was increased in the observation grouP and the control grouP(P<0.05).2.ComParison of blood liPid treatment effects: After treatment,the total reduction rate of total cholesterol TC in the observation grouP was89.5%,and the total reduction rate of total cholesterol TC in the control grouP was83.8%.The observation grouP was significantly higher than the control grouP,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total decrease rate of triglyceride TG in the observation grouP was 94.7%,and the total decrease rate of triglyceride TG in the control grouP was32.4%.The observation grouP was significantly higher than the control grouP,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total decrease rate of low-density liPoProtein cholesterol LDL-C was89.5%,and the total decrease rate of low-density liPoProtein cholesterol LDL-C in the control grouP was81.1%.The observation grouP was significantly higher than the control grouP,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.ComParison of TCM syndrome scores: There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two grouPs before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in the grouP were significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation grouP and the control grouP were significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.ComParison of TCM Syndrome Efficacy: After treatment,the observation grouP showed 8 significant effect,25 effective case,5 ineffective case,and total effective rate 86.8%.The control grouP was 7 effective,23 effective,and7 ineffective,and the total effective rate was 81.1 %.ComPared with the control grouP,the observation grouP significantly reduced the symPtomatic efficacy,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.ComParison of body weight and body mass index: ComPared with before treatment,the body weight and body mass index of the two grouPs were lower after treatment(P<0.05).ComPared with the control grouP,the body weight and body mass index decreased significantly after treatment,the difference was statistically significant.(P>0.05).6.There were no significant differences in electrocardiogram,liver and kidney function,and myocardial enzymes before and after treatment(P>0.05).This clinical trial is safe.Conclusion The efficacy of Huanglian Jiangzhi combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Phlegm and blood stasis tyPe hyPerliPidemia is better than that of conventional western medicine.HuanglianJiangzhi Jiajian Decoction and subtracting PrescriPtion has an imPortant effect on lowering blood liPids,imProving TCM syndromes and reducing body weight,and has fewer adverse reactions,and has certain clinical aPPlication value.
