The Effect Of HRT And The Curative Observation In Supplementing Qi,nourishing Yin And Promoting Blood Circulation Method In Patients With ACS Undergoing PCI

Objectives: This theory is under the guidance of TCM, the study of PCI postoperative acute coronary syndrome associated with ventricular premature beat belongs to Qi and Yin deficiency, blood stasis resistance patients with complex, based on the standard drugs with qi and activating blood method of traditional Chinese medicine treatment, observing the clinical efficacy of patients with the l type and influence on heart rate turbulence, providing new method for the treatment of ischemic heart disease.Methods: Select 80 cases of Qi and Yin deficiency, blood stasis resistance type winding PCI postoperative acute coronary syndrome(ACS) in patients with ventricular premature beat, were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Control group treated with western medicine standardization: giving Aspirin 100 mg QD, Plavix 75 mg QD, Atorvastatin calcium tablet 20 mg QD, Metoprolol 20 mg BID. The treatment group based on the standard drug treatment with ShengMaiHuoXue Decoction For four weeks observation period, records the Heart rate turbulence TO, TS. TCM symptom integral, Blood fat index LVEF, LVED, of CDFI.SF-36 scale, using the SPSS17.0 statistical software, within the group, between groups of statistics processing.Results: Analysis results show that two groups of patients with the Heart rate turbulence TO, TS.TCM symptom integral, Blood fat index LVEF, LVED, of CDFI.SF-36 scale,comparison in the group had significant difference(P<0.05); Treatment group in improving dynamic electrocardiogram he Heart rate turbulence TO, TS. TCM symptom integral, Blood fat index SF-36 scale, is better than the observation group(P<0.05); there are no significant difference about LVEF, LVED, of CDFI(P>0.05).Conclusion:1、ShengMaiHuoXue Decoction of arteries and veins of Qi and Yin deficiency, blood stasis resistance winding type of PCI postoperative acute coronary syndrome(ACS) with ventricular premature beat patients clinical symptoms and curative effect, life quality were improved obviously, meanwhile it can improve the abnormality of heart rate turbulence, thus improve the autonomic nerve disorder in patients with ischemic heart disease.2、In this medication process, there are no major adverse events, no obvious adverse reaction,there are safety guaranteed...
