Chronic Hepatitis B (CHB) are because of hepatitis B virus infection (HBV)-induced disease, is clinically more common infectious diseases, our country are high prevalence of this disease area. Domestic general population of HBsAg-positive rate of about 9.09%. The disease mainly through body fluids, such as maternal and child transmission. Chinese medicine for the disease in a more profound understanding of clinical syndrome differentiation of this disease has a wealth of experience and good results. Modern medicine-related research consider the body after HBV infection can cause a variety of immune responses, these immune responses are caused by liver cell injury in an important factor, so CHB patients with HBV infection after the cellular immune function may change, the number of peripheral blood CD4 ~+T cells decline, CD8~+ T cells increased , then cause CD4~+ / CD8~+ ratio decreased and at the same time accompanied by elevated transaminase, liver function decline. The immune status and clinical manifestations of CHB and is closely related to the vesting. The purpose of this study of 150 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients with clinical data analysis, conducted after the syndrome differentiation, comparison of various card-type cellular immune function in patients with changes in the relationship between. The study found: peripheral blood lymphocytes in patients with chronic hepatitis B immune function test results at different evidence-based inter-group statistical differences must exist, some indicators (such as CD3~+, NK, CTL,CD4~+, CD8~+ percentage and CD4~+ /CD8~+) can serve as a clinical syndrome differentiation type of reference . 3 Syndromes between light, moderate and severe cases of patients with a few differences have statistical significance, CHB patients with portal vein width at the card-type group of patients there is significant, these difference can be used as TCM Syndrome type of objective reference. Such as portal vein velocity, portal blood flow results in some differences exist between groups statistically significant, which can also CHB of TCM Syndrome Differentiation must provide reference. Other ancillary test results analysis of the differences in the lack of statistical significance, they are not able to consider these indicators of TCM Syndrome Types provide a valuable basis.
