Objective:To study the effects of Dendrobium candidum on serum IL-2,IL-10,IL-4,IFN-?,Th1/Th2,CD3+,CD3+CD4+,CD3+CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,CD28+cells percentage,IgM,IgA,IgG levels and renal function in patients with chronic nephritis.Methods:Sixty patients with chronic nephritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases each,and 20health checkers were selected as the healthy group.The patients in the control group were given conventional comprehensive treatment.The patients in the experimental group were given Dendrobium candidum on the basis of the conventional comprehensive treatment plan in the control group.The patients in the two groups were treated for 3 months.Two groups of patients treated for 3 months.The observation group was detached in 2 cases and the remaining 28 cases.The control group shed 1 case and the remaining 29 cases.Before and after treatment in the observation and control groups,comparison of?2-microglobulin,blood urea nitrogen?BUN?,serum creatinine?Scr?,glomerular filtration rate?eGFR?,cystatine?CysC?,24 h urinary protein?Upr?,serum inflammatory cytokine levels[Interleukin?IL?IL-2,IL-10,IL-4],interference interferon?IFN-??,CD3+,CD3+CD4+,CD3+CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,Th1/Th2,CD28+,CD4+CD28+,CD8+CD28+cells percentage and humoral immune levels[immunoglobulin?Ig?,IgM,IgA,IgG],,and were also compared with the healthy group.Results:?1?Before treatment,the observation group and the control group was no significant difference in the levels of IL-2,IL-10,IFN-?,IL-4,Th1/Th2,CD3+,CD3+CD4+,CD3+CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,CD28+,CD4+CD28+,CD8+CD28+cells percentage,CysC,BUN,Scr,?2-microglobulin,Upr,IgM,IgA and IgG?P>0.05?.Compared with the healthy group,The level of the observation group and the control group Upr,Scr,BUN,CysC,?2-microglobulin,IgG,IgM,IgA,IL-10,IFN-?,Th1/Th2,CD3+CD8+and CD8+CD28+cells percentage was higher,and the levels of eGFR,IL-2,IL-4,CD3+,CD3+CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,CD28+,and CD4+CD28+cells percentage were lower,and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.?2?After treatment,in the observation group and the control groupthe,levels of Upr,CysC,?2-microglobulin,IgM,IgA,IL-10,IFN-?,Th1/Th2,CD3+CD8+,and CD8+CD28+cells percentage were decreased.The levels of IL-2,IL-4,CD3+,CD3+CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,CD28+,and CD4+CD28+cells percentage were increased,and the observation group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.In the observation group,the levels of BUN was decreased before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.There was no significant difference with BUN levels in the control group before and after treatment?P>0.05?.There was no significant difference in the levels of Scr and eGFR between the observation group and the control group before and after treatment?P>0.05??Conclusion:?1?Dendrobium candidum can reduce the levels of IgM,IgA,IFN-?,IL-10,Th1/Th2,CD3+CD8+,CD8+CD28+cells percentage in patients with CGN,increase the levels of IL-4,IL-2,CD28+,CD4+CD28+,CD3+,CD3+CD4+and CD4+/CD8+cells percentage,and have certain effects on cellular immunity and humoral immunity in CGN patients.?2?Dendrobium candidum can reduce the levels of CysC,?2 microglobulin and Upr in patients with CGN,and may be can improve renal function in patients with CGN.
