objective: To approach the therapeutic effect,the adverse reaction and the complication of uterine arterial embolization(UAE) theraping leiomyoma uteri with aniso-diameter polyvinyl alcohols granulation.So the clinical therapeutic value of the polyvinyl alcohols can be understood. That will sublimate the clinic value of uterine arterial embolization(UAE) theraping the Child-bearing period symptoms leiomyoma uteri patients. Methods:The Child-bearing period symptoms leiomyoma uteri patients had been treated by UAE and were drawn-off.they were divided into 3 groups by the diameter of PVA embolism agents:①The experiment group 1 were embolismed by 200μmPVA granula(n1=20);②The experiment group 2 were embolismed by 300μmPVA granula(n2=20);③The control group were embolismed by 500μmPVA granula(n3=20). It was follow-up visited for the experiment groups and the control group to evaluate the therapeutic effect, the adverse reaction and the complication of uterine arterial embolization.①The questionnaire scores of the quality of the patients'life was contrasted and evaluated between preoperative and postoperative 3～6 months,the variation were statistical analyses by t-test; The variation of the patients'clinical symptoms,adverse reactions and the complications of uterine arterial embolization was contrasted between preoperative and postoperative 3～6 month and were evaluated byχ2 test of tabulation data.②The voluminal variation and the blood supply variation of leiomyoma uteri were contrasted and evaluated by t-test and one-way ANOVA between preoperative and postoperative 3～6 month,the follow-up visit was done by 64 layer helico-CT enhancement scanning.③The impact of the embolism with ovaries'function:the level of follotropin(FSH) was measured at preoperative 1 week, postoperative 3 month,postoperative 6 month, the difference wer analyses by the Repeated measure ANOVA and the ovaries nonfunction was evaluated.④The correlation analysis of the capacity diminution rates of hysteromyomas with follotropin variation:All the capacity diminution rates of hysteromyomas with follotropin variation at postoperative 6 month were evaluated by linear correlation analysis,the correlation coefficient can be used to evaluate the correlation. Results:①The questionnaire scores in all the patients were elevated in postoperative 3～6 month,the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05);②The clinical symptoms,adverse reactions and the complications of uterine arterial embolization were improved manifestly,The therapeutic effects of the experiment group 1 who were embolismed by 200μmPVA particles was preferable,the variance has statistical significance(P<0.05);③The diminution of the volume of the leiomyoma uteri in all the patients was manifest in postoperative 3～6 month,and the diminution of the volume of the leiomyoma uteri in the experiment group 1 is terrier predominance, the all of above-mentioned variances had statistical significance(P<0.05);④The level of FSH in all the patients of leiomyoma uteri fluctuated in safety margin postoperative 3 month,postoperative 6 month (P>0.05), without ovaries nonfunction.Conclusions: Three anisodiameter PVA can elevate the quality of the leiomyoma uteri patients'life by UAE and improve the patients'clinical symptoms, handle leiomyoma uteri growth, diminute the volume of the leiomyoma uter; ovaries fundament gonadal hormone were not effected by the embolism,and ovaries nonfunction was pauci-videatur. But the tempore amenorrhea can occurrence in post-operation. So the therapeutic effect is predominance for PVA to embolism the leiomyoma uteri by UAE.And the embolism degree of 200μmPVA is terrier thoroughly, its therapeutic effect is preferably.
