Study On Therapeutic Effect Of Poll Gland Secretions Of Bactrian Camel On The Leiomyoma Uteri In Rat

Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of poll gland secretions of bactrian camel ( Camelus bactrianus ) leiomyoma uteri in rat. Methods: 60 SD female rats were divided randomly 5 groups which include normal group, model group, gongliuxiao group, polly gland secretions high group, poll gland secretions lower group. Except the normal group, others was injected with diethylstilbestrol and progesterone to established the rat leiomyoma uteri model. During the model time, diethylstilbestrol and the progesterone was injected once a day and three times a week. After 11 weeks, the normal group and the model group was given normal saline by intragastric administration. The gongliuxiao group was given the liquid of the gongliuxiao by intragastric administration. The poll gland secretions groups was given poll gland secretions by intragastric administration. In accordance with this dose for 5 weeks. After that, the 6 rats of each group was collected the blood in the femoral artery. The remain rats was do that by the same way after 2 weeks. The tests indexes includes serum E2, Pro, FSH, TNF-α, IL-2, NOS levels, and weight of the uterus and the spleen. And then make uterine pathology for observation the change in that. Results: The date showed that after 11 weeks the serum E2, Pro, FSH, TNF-α, IL-2, NOS levels of the model groups were highly significant with the normal group(P<0.01). So the model established successfully. After the treatment, the date of the E2, Pro and FSH showed 7 weeks of results of polly gland secretions high dose treatment group significant with the pathological mode (P <0.01), and not significant with the control group. So the poll gland secretions of bactrian camel ( Camelus bactrianus ) can reduce the serum sex hormone levels of the leiomyoma uteri rats. The result of the TNF-αand IL-2 show that poll gland secretions high dose treatment group which treatment 7 weeks was significant (P <0.01) with the pathological model, and not significant with the control group. So the poll gland secretions of bactrian camel ( Camelus bactrianus ) can increase the serum levels of immune factors, and increase the immunity of the leiomyoma uteri rats. Gavage poll gland secretions for 5 weeks and 7 weeks, the results of the NOS showed that all of the groups was significant (P <0.05) with the pathological model group,and not significant with the control group. So the poll gland secretions of bactrian camel ( Camelus bactrianus ) can reduce the level of NOS of the leiomyoma uteri rats.The result of the pathological examination showed that the poll gland secretions group is better than the pathological model group in the structure of pathological changes. Conclsion: The poll gland secretions of bactrian camel ( Camelus bactrianus ) can alleviate the condition of the leiomyoma uteri in a certain extent.
