Objective: Evaluation of stereotypes in situ microencapsulated system is contained in diabetic skin ulcers in rats. Methods : Through intraper- itoneal injection of streptozotocin diabetic rats to establish the model, and then the application of surgical methods of the establishment of diabetic rat model of full-thickness skin defects, in accordance with the different modes of intervention were randomly divided into four groups: vector microenca ps-ulated formulations group (experimental group), microencapsulated agents without a valid group, generally the treatment group, blank control group, for each group to apply a different approach to treatment, periodic measurement of ulcer area, in the first 14 days of taking full-thickness wounds organizations histological observation and determination of epider mal growth factor receptor (EGFR), fibronectin (FN) the number of positive cells; the application of drug treatment, in the first days of each group were randomly 7, 14,21, 28 pleasing line 5 secretions were of bacterial ulcers, fungal culture. To observe the entire course of treatment and research. Results : Experimental group , skin ulcer healing time shorter than the other groups (P <0.05 or P <0.01), and EGFR by FN the number of positive cells observed ,the experimental group also significantly higher than other groups (P <0.05 or P < 0.01) ; the experimental group the number of pathogens compared with the remaining 3 groups, 14 , 21, 28 days , three time periods are significantly different (P <0.05 or P <0.01) , the experim ental group the number of pathogens other than Group 3 . Conclusion : Vector shape in situ preparation of microencapsulated diabetic rats can promote the healing of skin ulcer , to shorten the course of disease , clinical diabetes mellitus in the treatment of skin ulcers have good application prospects.
