ObjectiveTo Study the relation of premature infant temperament characteristic and motor development feature by evaluating the temperament and motor development. And with which to undertake early prediction and intervention to premature infant.MethodsTo select study objectTo be born from 2007-1-1 to 2008-12-30, the premature infants of conceptus age from 28w to 36w is experiment group, and the term infant of conceptus age above 36w (consist of 36w) is control group. Two group slecte 120 cases respectively, and both except congenital malformation, common heredity metabolism affection, newborn infant brain injured, and so on.Adopting Carey Children Temperament Questionnaire (4 month to 1 years)to evaluate premature infant temperament at postnatal 4 month, 8month and 12 month respectively. Questionnaire consist of 9 component measuring scale , and refer to 95 item. Adopting 6 grade score system,and according to the different combination of 9 component measuring scale to divide into 2 groups randomly. The difficult rearing group elect 60 cases and the easy rearing also group 60 cases.Peabody motor developmental scale is adopted to evaluate premature infant motor development, and postnatal 4 month, 8month and 12 month is selected to synchronize with temperament evaluation. Reflect, posture and shift, 3 of 5 to form GMQ, and grasp and vision- movement's composite , 2 of 5 to form FMQ, and GM and FM to form TMQ. TMQ represent the total motor developmental level. Score 121 to 130, superiority, 111 to 120, second, 90 to 110, third , 80 to 89, quart, and 70 to 79, fifth. SPSS13.0 software is used as statistical method. x±sis used to express experimental data, GMQ numerus, FMQ numerus, and TMQ numerus of postnatal 4 month, 8month and 12 month adopt ANOVA to contrast. multiple comparison adopt LSD method.ResultsⅠGMQAt the postnatal different time point, GMQ numerus possess a significant deviation among the premature infants difficult rearing group, the premature infants easy rearing group, and the term infants easy rearing group. which are lowest at postnatal 4 month, highest at postnatal 12 month, and global tendency upward. Then GMQ numerus of the term infants difficult rearing group are no significant deviation. At the postnatal same time point, GMQ numerus are no significant deviation between the term infants easy rearing group and the term infants difficult rearing group. GMQ numerus possess a significant deviation between the premature infants easy rearing group and the premature infants difficult rearing group, and between the different type term infants and the premature infants, and both the former is above the latter.There is a reciprocation between different groups and postnatal different time point. The appearances of motor development backward are easier for the premature infants difficult rearing group than for the premature infants easy rearing group.
