Objective: To examine the effects of family environment, nursing manner, temperament, bone mineral density and serum IGF-I on motor development of infants, so as to provide effective reference for early education and nursing infant. Methods: According to the principle of willingness, chose infants with"legs present turn up posture in prone position"among the infants aged four months come for health examine as study group. and by means of 1:1 matching ,as same as the sex and age , chose infants without"legs present turn up posture in prone position"as control group.Assess development of infant by DDST , examine somatosensory evoked potentials by myoelectricity evoked potential equipment , investigation the nursing environment and motor development of infants by the questionnaire of family circumstances and the assessment of motor development posture in prone position, assess the temperament of infants by the questionnaire of 4~8month infant temperament , mensurate the bone mineral density of infant by SAHARA the quantitative ultrasonography, and to measure the content of IGF-I in blood with ELISA method.Result : our data showed that①Between study group infants and control group infants there were no difference about weight and height .②compared with the infants in control group , in study group, the motor development of infants was lower, and with"legs present turn up posture in prone position".③compared with the infants in control group , in study group, time carry in the arm was longer, but time in prone position is shorter.④P40 latent period of somatosensory evoked potentials in study group infants wre all with in normal range.⑤there are more difficult and slow-to-warm-up infants in the study group than infants in the control group, and the scores of activity level, rhythmicity, adaptability, taxis were lower in the study group than infants in the control group.⑥compared with the infants in control group, the bone mineral density was remarkable lower in the study group. the bone mineral density in control group was 0.44±0.02 g/cm2 ,no difference in gender.⑦compared with the infants in control group, the content of IGF-I in blood was remarkable lower in the study group. The IGF-I content of blood in normal infants was 105.25±2.41 mg/l,and with no different in sex. Conclusion : the data indicated that①infants with"legs present turn up posture in prone position"in study group weren't associated with primal reflect and cerebral palsy.②time carry in the arm too long lead slow in motor development and appeared"legs present turn up posture in prone position"in infants, scientific nursing is important to promote motor development in infant.③the scores of activity level, rhythmicity, adaptability, taxis were lower, the time be carred in the arm was longer, so result in lack activity. scientific nursing should according to the temperament of infant.④Lack activity resulted in lower bone mineral density and IGF-I, should provide more space for infant to activity, and should training infant promote his motor development.
