objective: investigating the mode of cartilage`s reproduction by the mean of verifying the emerging factors exit in the process of Demineralized osteoarticular and articular cartilage`s transplantation. Through the contrasting among the test groups and the control group, we intend to find the specificity protein in this process. And our work may supply a new way in the curing of cartilage's repairing. Methods: Eighteen mature New Zealand white rabbits were divided into three groups, the first was the control group, the defects and Demineralized osteoarticular and articular cartilage`s transplantations were created in the another two groups which were served as experimental groups. three groups` synovia were got in 16th and 24th week, and each synovia sample was assessed by the two-dimensional electrophoresis and LC-MADLI-tof technology. Results: In the process some specialized dots were found only existed in the experimental groups, and the further analysis revealed two unnamed proteins whose molecular mass were 15313.8 and 11337.7.Conclusion: Some specialized protein which may be play roles in the articular cartilage`s reproduction were found in the process of demineralized osteoarticular and articular cartilage`s transplantation. The protein which molecular mass was 15313.8 may be contacted with many kinds of cancer's forming. And the other protein with mass 11337.7 may play a important role in the process of human malignant synovioma`s forming. and this finding may establish a foundation to the further research.
