This paper is mainly on Five Elements Theory of HUANGDINEIJING, then investigates the relationship between Five Elements Theory and"HUANGDINEIJING ", further studies the relationship between Five Elements Theory as a philosophy and the ancient Chinese medicine. The main topic of this paper comes from the study of practical problems: the problem of Chinese and Western medicine debate. At the same time, this issue relates to the development of Chinese medicine, especially in the basic theory of medical problems. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is based on the source of historical study as a reference to answer practical questions. The methodology used is based on the original. These materials are the Five Elements Theory of HUANGDINEIJING. Through interpretation and analysis of them, we will try to discover how the five elements theory entering to ancient Chinese medicine.This paper will be divided into following several parts to answer the above questions. In the introduction of this paper discusses the source of the problem and the related issues involved in the context of a brief explanation and analysis.The first three chapters of this paper focus on the core issue of this paper to be described. The first chapter is the analysis of the main contents of the five elements in the thinking of HUANGDINEIJING. Firstly, after the five elements involved in all the text material are classified, collated and analyzed, this conclusion that Five Elements Theory in HUANGDINEIJING used in the broad scope but it is rather a single will be drawn. At that time, people can recognize that the things and ideas to the "five" concept of classification and match them and the five elements. And the use of the five elements largely is based on"the five elements–Xiangsheng"theory. The main content of Chapter II is about the analysis non-five elements in HUANGDINEIJING, including the corresponding concept of Heaven, gas, and Yin -Yang and the other medical theories. After that, we access to the contents of Chapter III. In this chapter we begin the analysis the relationship of the five elements theory and HUANGDINEIJING, and can draw a conclusion that is the use of Five Elements Theory in HUANGDINEIJING was the need of Medical practice so scattered as a whole to be understood, during the formation of HUANGDINEIJING. .Further drawn the Five Elements Theory of Chinese medicine is also based on this reason. Like gas, and Yin-Yang etc. other philosophies, it was the development of Chinese medicine has played a role in the summary. It is the reason that medical thinking of HUANGDINEIJING can subsequently lay the basis for the theory of TCM.IN Chapter IV, in response to preparing practical problems,"YUN-QI theory"in the seven of HUANGDINEIJING as an example is analyzed, displays the evolution of context of Five Elements theory after HUANGDINEIJING period, with Comparison of the "Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases". From a historical development perspective, the role of Five Elements Theory in the Chinese medicine is viewed on this paper. In the fifth Chapter, a summary is concluded and the practical problem currently is answered. Finally come to the conclusion: as a philosophical theory, Five Elements Theory in the framework of a certain application is effective over the range, has become hindered the development of Chinese medicine.
