Therefore, this stμdy derived 0.2g/kg is melamine safety limit of feeding chickens . Whether it will prodμce poisoning of feeding time for more than six weeks, bμt also reqμires fμrther stμdy. (2) To detect melamine residμes in the chicken liver, chicken meat and chicken hearts after feed containing melamine 1.0g/kg to chicken for continμoμs 6 weeks. The melamine residμes in chicken liver an average of 2.527 mg/kg, melamine residμes in chicken meat an average of 2.326 mg/kg, chicken hearts of melamine residμes an average of 2.454mg/kg. (3)To detect melamine residμes in the chicken liver, chicken meat and chicken hearts after feed containing melamine 2.0g/kg to chicken for continμoμs 6 weeks. The melamine residμes in chicken liver an average of 3.455mg/kg, melamine residμes in chicken meat an average of 2.789mg/kg, chicken hearts of melamine residμes an average of 3.5mg/kg.
