[Objective] Study of platelet activation and platelet factor(PF4),serum vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in untreated non-small cell lung cancer,To reveal the relationship between Platelet activation and tumor angiogenesis-related factors with lung cancer, lung cancer staging, histological type and the impact of chemotherapy on them.[Methods] The experiment of measure platelet factor(PF4),serum vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)experimental groups:untreated non-small cell lung cancer 49 cases, of which stageⅠ,Ⅱ21 patients,8 cases is adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma is 13 cases;Ⅲ,Ⅳpatients is 28 cases of which adenocarcinoma is 16 cases, squamous cell cancer is 12 cases. Control group:1:20 patients with benign lung diseases.2:20 cases of healthy people. collect fasting blood, enzymelinked immunnosorbent (ELISA) detection of PF4 and VEGF concentrations, Results PF4 concentration readμg/L, SVEGF concentrations read ng/L.The results of application of SPSS statistical package for statistical analysis..The experiment of measure platelet activationexperimental groups:untreated non-small cell lung cancer 49 cases, of which stageⅠ,Ⅱ21 patients,8 cases is adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma is 13 cases;Ⅲ,Ⅳpatients is 28 cases of which adenocarcinoma is 16 cases, squamous cell cancer is 12 cases. Control group:1:20 patients with benign lung diseases.2:20 cases of healthy people. collect fasting blood, the application flow cytometry (FCM) detection of peripheral blood CD62P content, including CD62P levels as indicators of platelet activation status, with% indicated that the final outcome. The final results of application of SPSS statistical package for statistical analy[Results] The results of PF4 and SVEGF 1, platelet PF4, SVEGF in all were expressed in untreated non-small cell lung cancer patients PF4, SVEGF is higher thanbenign lung diseases and healthy individuals (P<0.05); andⅢ,Ⅳperiod (late) is higher than the patients with stageⅠ,Ⅱ(early), (P<0.05); 2, the concentration of PF4, SVEGF in patients with squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma is similar (P>0.05); 3, the concentration of PF4, SVEGF is significantly decreased (P<0.05) after cycleof chemotherapy compared with initial. but the PF4 smaller decline than the SVEGF.The results of platelet activation 1.the concentration of platelet CD62P patients in untreated non-small cell lung cancer patients was higher than benign lung diseases and healthy individuals (P<0.05); andⅢ,Ⅳperiod (late) non-small cell lung cancer is higher than the the patients with stageⅠ,Ⅱ(early), (P<0.05); 2, the concentration of platelet CD62P patients in patients with squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma is similar (P>0.05); 3, the concentration of platelet CD62P is significantly decreased (P<0.05) after cycleof chemotherapy compared with initial.[Conclusion] 1. platelet activation and PF4, SVEGF in non-small cell lung cancer tumor angiogenesis and tumor invasion and metastasis play an important role. 2. chemotherapy can effectively suppress non-small cell lung cancer angiogenesis.
