Pulmonary embolism is a clinical syndrome or deasease that the pulmonary atery was clogged by various clots.PTE is a common vascellum disease which accounts more than ninty percent of PE.The morbility is sencond only with CAD(coronary artery disease) and Hepertension, easily be misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.PTE was initialy belived a rarity diease, however the quantity of patients is steadily upgrade according to the related investigation of epidemiology of recent ten years.ObjectiveTo observe the change curve of plasma HGF after PTE and expression at lung, cor dextrum and liver, by detecting the content and expression of HGF in the blood and tissue of 32 rabbits with PTE, and to explore the tissue source of the plasma HGF after PTE and the value of diagnosis to PE.MethodsA total of 32 rabbits were randomly divided into plasma and tissue detectd groups with 16 in each group, which were divided into control and PTE groups with 8 ,the PTE model was estabished by intravenous injection autologous blood clots, the sham-opreated groups was instead with NS. The level of HGF (0h, 1h, 3h, 6h, 12h, 24h, 48h, 72h) was detected by ELISA;Executed the rabbits at 12h, detected the expression of HGF of tissue by immunohistochemistry.ResultsThe plasma HGF level between PTE group and blank group was signaficant(P<0.05), and began to elevated at 1h after PTE,HGF was markedly increased at 6h, 12h, 24h and 48h in PTE groups, signaficantly elevated at 12h (1.742±0.487ng/ml, P<0.001),deceased at 72h.The blank groups was below 0.5ng/ml. The expression of HGF of lung and cor dextrum in PTE groups was elevated compared with blank groups and liver(P<0.05).But no signifiance in two groups of liver. The expression of HGF of plumonary tissue was significant elevated compared with cor dextrum and hepater(P<0.01).ConclusionRevealing that HGF can be used to diagnose pulmonary thromboembolismas a new biol-marker.
