Research On New-type Rural Cooperative Medical Care Of Economic Transformation In Guizhou Province

The new type establishment of the cooperating-medical-care system in poverty countries of Guizhou Province had helped the county people dealing with the problem that the medical fee is too huge to afford so how. But in the course of the establishment of the system, there occurred so emergent situations because of the poor finance condition and the inefficiency of the economy transformation, also because of the lack of the efficiency in innovation of education system and information industry and the propaganda of the government policies.Summary the existing problems, such as the poor ability to pay of farmers, the indifference sense of local government responsibility, the absence of collective enterprises; the informal nature of regulatory and indifference sense of staff; the compensation mechanism unscientific and medical services poor quality.This paper based on the actual situations of the development of economy, culture and society in Guizhou Province, I had made some suggestions on the policy strategies, hoping that this paper can do some help on building a sustainable and well running new type cooperating-medical-care system.
