An Investigation Of Hepatic Function Recovery After Hepatectomy Of Calculus Of Intrahepatic Duct With Concomitent Type B Hepatitis

Objective To investigate whether the chronic hepatitis which in active stage would influence the hepatic function recovery after calculus of intrahepatic duct hepatectomy in short-term so as to gain clinic experience. Methods Retrospective analyze 97 patients which had partiallyhepatectomized and divided into two groups according to whether infected with type B hepatitis. There is 36 patients in hepatitis group and 61 patients in normal group. Made the observation of general state of health,ALT,AST and TBIL.On the basis of the Child score and the abnor extent of chronic hepatitis laboratory examination to evaluate the condition of recovery. Statistics date with SPASS17.0 software.Results compared to HBV taintless patients,the patients had calculus of intrahepatic duct affiliated chronicity type B hepatitis would recoverd slower in a short phase after operation.The ALT was 122.06±74.3IU/L in chronic hepatitis group while was 119.77±83.45 IU/L in control group,there was no difference in statistics.The AST was 117.41±92.8IU/L in chronic hepatitis group while was 92.72±72.21 IU/L in control group,there was difference in statistics that tells the chronic hepatitis group had a slower recovery.The T-Bil was 49.50±29.82μmol/L in chronic hepatitis group while was 34±18.8μmol/L in control group,there was difference in statistics that tells the chronic hepatitis group had a slower recovery.The Child-Pugh score 3 days after operation was 7.72±1.23 in chronic hepatitis group while was 7.08±1.01 in control group,there was difference in statistics that tells the chronic hepatitis group had a slower recovery.Conclusions The procedure of postoperation Hepatic function recovery would be slower in the patients who with active stage chronic hepatitis disease compare to HBV taintless patients.
