Effect Of Flurbiprofen Combined With Diffect Of Sufentanil On Orthopedic Patients Patient-controlled Intravenous Analgesia Pump

ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy, safety and feasibility of flrubiprofen axetial combined with different dose of sufentanil citrate for orthopedics postoperative pain managemenet.MethodA total of 80 patients with ASA I - II scheduled for elective total knee arthroplasty or hip replacement were randomized into one of four groups, each group has 20 patients, and all received systematic analgesia through PCIA (Patient controlled intravenous analgesia).Group A received sufentanil citrate 200 ug diluted into 100 ml Normal Saline for PCIA, Group B received mixed sulfentanil citrate 150 ug and flrubiprofen axetial 200 mg diluted into 100 ml Normal Saline for PCIA, Group C received mixed sulfentanil citrate 120 ug and flrubiprofen axetial 200 mg diluted into 100 ml Normal Saline for PCIA, Group D received mixed sulfentanil citrate 100 ug and flrubiprofen axetial 200 mg diluted into 100 ml Normal Saline for PCIA. PCIA settings:background infusion 1.2ml/h, PCA 1.6ml, lockout tine 20 min. Efficacy measures included VAS score, Pmnesay score, BCS and record times to push the PCIA, cumulative amount of sufentanil citrate and flrubiprofen axetial consumed at 1,3,5,8,16,24,48 hour after the end of operation and adverse effect at the same time period.Result(1) The VAS score assessed by patients in Group D have no significant differences with patient in the other three groups at 1,3,5,24,48hour (P≥0.05), while VAS score,Pmnesay score are obviously higher (P<0.05). (2) The Pamesay score assessed by patients in Group C have no significant differences with patient in the other three groups at 1,3,5,24,48hour (P≥0.05), while Pamesay score,Pmnesay score are obviously higher (P<0.05). (3) Times to push the PCIA effectively or ineffectively in Group D are highest, are higher than Group A,Band C. (4) BCS in Group B and C and D are higher than Group. (5) The adverse effect in Group A is higher than the other three group, besides the cumulative amount of sufentanil citrate is obviously larger than the others.Conclution:Flrubiprofen axetial combined with sufentanil citrate has a good efficacy and safety for orthopedics postoperative pain analgesia.
