Different Analgesic Agent Combination Used In The Clinical Effects Of Patient-controlled Intravenous Analgesia After For Cesarean Parturiants

Objective:To study and compared the analgesic effects and adverse reactions ofpatient-controlled intravenous analges with different analgesic agent combination forpost-operative cesareasection to choose the optimal analgesic agent combination．Methods:Ninty parturiants underwent cesarean section were randomly dividintothree groups(each of the30cases.)．Analgesic solution(1OOml)contained0.125mg／kg of butorphtartrate(group A)or0.016mg／kg of fentanyl citrate(groupB) or0.008mg／kg of fentanyl citrate plus50mg of flurbiprofen axetil (group C)，in addition of8mgof ondanstron．In the end of procedure，lmg of butorphtartrate(groups A) or.0.05mg offentanyl(groupsB and C)was intravenousl inject followed by continuous pump infusionof analgesic solution inarate of2ml／h．Receivers pressed pump boRom as needed toget abolus does of0．5ml volume eactime,with lockout time of15min．Vital signs，visual analogue scales(VAS)sedation score and adverse reactions were observed andrecorded lh,4h,6h,12h，24,36h and48h after procedure，respectively．Results:A、B、C, three groups can provide a relatively good postoperativeanalgesia, in which no significant difference in the VAS, Ramsay BCS at each timepoint (P>0.05) of group A and group C, postoperative adverse The reaction was nosignificant difference, but at the same time significantly lower than group B (P <0.05).There was no significant difference between group A and group C on the analgesicefficacy and incidence of adverse reactions.Conclusion:The results of the present study demonstrates that PCIA usingfentanyl produces powerful analgesic effect as well as with frequent occurrence ofadverse reactions．flurbiprofen axetil combined with fentanyl has a good analgesiceffect used through intravenous postoperatively, and can reduce the dose of sufentanil and the incidence of side effects. PCIA with butorphanolexerts good analgesic effectand rare adverse reactions．Combination of flurbiprofen axetil and fentanyl for PCIAprovides both favorable analgesic effect and less adverse reactions.
