Objective:①.To detect the quantity of LRP16 protein in Prolactinomas resected off the patients with the tumor.②.To analyze the immunoreactivities of estrogen receptor a in Prolactinomas, and correlating LRP16 protein with estrogen receptorα.③.To explore the funetions of LRP16 gene in Prolactinomas, by correlating LRP16 protein with PCNA and Ki-67.Materials and methods:①. the quantity of LRP16 protein was detecte by westen Blot method in the samples.②.Subsequently, we used immunohistochemical method to evaluate the immunoreactivities of estrogen receptor a in Prolactinomas, as well as PCNA and Ki-67 in the same samples.③.Finally the relevant statistical methods were introduced to analyze the relations among the indexes involved above.Results:①. Aecording to the results of Western Blot, the OD ratios(LRP16/β-action)of bands for cases in the Prolactinomas group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).②.As to the immunohistochemical results,71.4%(20/28) of the Prolactinomas related showed ERαPositive. protein expression of LRP16 gene was correlated with ER a expression. (P<0.05).③. Immunohistochemical results show that the Prolactinoma group's expression of PCNA and Ki-67 have no diferents(P>0.05).the protein expression of LRP16 gene was correlated with PCNA and Ki-67 (P<0.05).Conclusions:①.LRP16 gene is high expressed in Prolactinomas and may eontribute to behaviours of the tumor.②.the protein expression of ER a in Prolactinomas group is higher than the control group. And The expression of LRP16 gene is related to ER a.③.The expression of LRP16 is correlated with cell Proliferation of Prolactinomas and LRP16 may contributet to the regulation of cell Proliferating.
