An Analyse On The Relativity Between Endoscopic And Clinical Representation Of CEG Patients With Syndrome Of Incoordination Between Liver And Stomach And Spleen Stomach Dampness Heat

Objective:To find the relativity and differentia between endoscopic and clinical representation of Chronic Erosional Gastritis(CEG), this study investigated 160 patients with CEG, include two familiar TCM syndromes,80 with Syndrome of Incoordination between Liver and Stomach,80 with Spleen Stomach Dampness Heat. According to the results, discuss the feasibility to partly speculate the endoscopic representation by studying clinical representation and use endoscopic representation as the data of Chinese Medicine inspection.Methods:First, Collect the information of 80 CEG patients with Syndrome of Incoordination between Liver and Stomach,80 with Spleen Stomach Dampness Heat. (The diagnostic criteria of syndrome classification refers to protocol for diagnosis and treatment combined of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine of Chronic Gastritis established by Digestive Commission China Society of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in 2003).Then classify the endoscopic and clinical representation according to a certain criterion(the criteria of syndrome quantified grades refers to" Chinese medicine clinical research guidelines for new drugs "published in 2002;the criteria of endoscopic grades refers to the trying views of classifying endoscopic types and grades and treatment of Chronic Gastritis which was brought up by China Association for Digestive Endoscopy in Dalian meeting in 2003).Scend, Use SPSS17.0 software package to input, manage and analyse the date, set the inspection level asα=0.05. The analysis of general conditions choose descriptive statistics,use x±S and median(M) to describe the measurement data, use constituent ratio to describe the categorical data; choose Independent-Samples T Test to analyse the differentia of two sets of measurement data, and run the application "Analyze-compare means-Independent-Samples T Test"; choose rank test to analyse the differentia of sets of data, abnormal distribution data and data of heterogeneity of variance, and run the application"Analyze-Nonparametric Tests-Two-Independent-Samples";choose chi-square test to analyse the differentia of categorical data, and run the application"Analyze-Descriptive Statistics-Crosstabs". The analysis of correlation runs the application"Analyze-Correlate-Bivariate", choose Spearman coefficent as correlation coefficent, and test the significance of each correlation coefficent.Results:First, the differentia of CEG patients'course of disease between Syndrome of Incoordination between Liver and Stomach and Spleen Stomach Dampness Heat was not statistically significant(P>0.05). The differentia of CEG patients' sex was statistically significant(P＜0.05), and there were more male patients with Spleen Stomach Dampness Heat. The differentia of CEG patients'age was not statistically significant(P>0.05),but the differentia of age groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05), and patients with Syndrome of Incoordination between Liver and Stomach predominated within the 30-40 and 40-50 age groups, patients with Spleen Stomach Dampness Heat predominated within the 40-50 and 50-60 age groups.Scend, the differentia of CEG patients'endoscopic grades, position of erosion, relevance ratio of Hp between Syndrome of Incoordination between Liver and Stomach and Spleen Stomach Dampness Heat was not statistically significant(P>0.05). The relativity between CEG patients' syndrome classification and endoscopic grades, relevance ratio of Hp was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Third, the differentia of CEG patients' gastralgia degree, gastrectasia degree and ructus degree between Syndrome of Incoordination between Liver and Stomach and Spleen Stomach Dampness Heat was not statistically significant(P>0.05). The differentia of CEG patients' sour regurgitation degree was statistically significant(P＜0.05), and the degree of Syndrome of Incoordination between Liver and Stomach was higher than Spleen Stomach Dampness Heat.Forth, the relativity between the CEG patients with Syndrome of Incoordination between Liver and Stomach's endoscopic grades and total score of syndrome, age was positive, and the relativity between endoscopic grades and other observation items was not statistically significant(P>0.05). the relativity between the CEG patients with Spleen Stomach Dampness Heat's endoscopic grades and course of disease was positive, and the relativity between endoscopic grades and other observation items was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:First,the relativity between the CEG patients with Syndrome of Incoordination between Liver and Stomach's endoscopic grades and total score of syndrome, age was positive, the relativity between the CEG patients with Spleen Stomach Dampness Heat's endoscopic grades and course of disease was positive, and the relativity between endoscopic grades and other observation items was not statistically significant. Based on the results as above,when the patient was definitely diagnosed as chronic gastritis, we can roughly speculate the degree of endoscopic representation by studying patients' syndrome classification, total score of syndrome, age and course of disease, then select patients to undergo gastroscopy.Scend, using endoscopic grades, position of erosion, relevance ratio of Hp to describe the endoscopic representation couldn't discriminate the CEG patients with Syndrome of Incoordination between Liver and Stomach and Spleen Stomach Dampness Heat. To dicuss the method of using endoscopic representation as the data of Chinese Medicine inspection to apply to clinic, the design of research approach must be large-sample, polycentric, including all syndrome types and endoscopic representations of the deseas under study.
