Study On The Distribution Characteristics Of Syndromes And Syndrome Elements In Different Pathological Stages During The Transformation Of Chronic Gastritis To Cancer

Object:The patterns of gastric cancer:Normal gastric mucosa-Chronic non-atrophic gastritis-Chronic atrophic gastritis-Intestinal metaplasia/Atypical rights-astric cancer has been widely recognized at home and abroad scholars,delay to gastric cancer,block or reverse the chronic gastritis disease evolution has important clinical significance and social value.At present,for the delay,block or reverse the chronic stomach hot cancer transformation process,there is no effective treatment methods,traditional Chinese medicine has significant advantage in this aspect,but did not form a unified specification standard of clinical diagnosis and treatment,is not conducive to clinical syndrome differentiation and the development of syndrome standardization study.This research through the multicenter,large sample cross-sectional study,in the process of chronic stomach hot cancer transformation different pathological stages and study the correlation of TCM syndrome distribution,summarized in the process of the dynamic change,continuity,often witness syndrome and the changing rule of the syndrome elements.From the four diagnostic information,establish the system of combined disease stages in stages differentiation,lay a foundation for improving the accuracy and efficacy of clinical syndrome differentiation.Methods:This paper includes two aspects:theoretical research and clinical research:1.Theoretical research:write a review of two articles.The first article elaborates the understanding and relevant current situation of chronic gastritis cancer,focusing on the development mechanism,prevention and treatment of diseases and the status quo.The second change at different stages in the process of chronic stomach hot carcinoma syndrome and syndrome factor research present situation,the emphasis on chronic gastritis in different stages of the development and the correlation of disease of traditional Chinese medicine,TCM treatment progress.2.Clinical research:in this study to observe 353 cases of Chronic non-atrophic gastritis,287 cases of Chronic atrophic gastritis,145 cases of gastric cancer(include both dongzhimen hospital during 2011-2016 the inpatient cases,100 cases of gastric cancer)case material,unsupervised learning method is used for data mining,application of principal component analysis combined statistical methods of factor analysis,validate the result of the early,and sums up the chronic stomach hot cancer transformation(chronic atrophic gastritis,chronic atrophic gastritis,the stomach)different pathological stages in the process of syndromes and syndrome factor distribution characteristics.Result:The syndrome type of CNAG is 6,which is the spleen and stomach dampness syndrome,spleen deficiency syndrome,liver and stomach syndrome,liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,liver and stomach stagnation syndrome,spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome.The syndromes of CAG are 8,which in turn are spleen deficiency dampness syndrome,liver and stomach stagnation syndrome,liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,liver and stomach dissonance syndrome,spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome,stasis and obstruction of stomach,and deficiency of stomach Yin syndrome.The syndrome type of GC is 6,which is the deficiency of spleen and stomach,deficiency syndrome of stomach Yin,phlegm dampness syndrome,liver and stomach dissonance syndrome,and stasis syndrome,Qi and blood deficiency syndrome.CNAG illness syndrome factor for 7,for the stomach>liver>spleen>heart>intestine>lung,large intestine the CAG disease syndrome factor for 6,for stomach>spleen>liver>heart>small intestine,large intestine disease of GC certificate for five,for>spleen>stomach>liver>bravery heart,CNAG involved disease syndrome factor for 11,followed by wet,qi stagnation,Yang deficiency,heat,qi deficiency,phlegm,Yin deficiency,blood deficiency,Yang kang,food product,blood stasis;The syndromes involved in CAG are 10,which in turn are qi stagnation,humidity,heat,qi deficiency,phlegm,Yang deficiency,blood deficiency,Yin deficiency,blood stasis,and Yang kang.The pathologic syndromes involved in GC are 11,which in turn are qi stagnation,heat,humidity,Yang deficiency,qi deficiency,Yin deficiency,blood stasis,Yang kang,phlegm,food and blood deficiency.Conclussion:In the course of the transformation of chronic gastritis,the distribution of syndromes in different pathological stages is different.contrast CNAG,the CAG,GCsyndrome types can be concluded that,throughout the three stages of spleen deficiency syndromes type cold syndrome and liver stomach doesn't pass.Factors through three stages of pathology,CNAG stage for "factors,give priority to with real," the CAG stage for "factors,mainly virtual",GC stage for "factors,this virtual reality".The disease is mainly in the stomach,spleen,and liver,involving the heart,bile and other viscera,qi stagnation,wet through the whole process.
