Research Of The Law Of Treatment In Hypertensive Nephropathy Based On Contemporary Famous Traditional Chinese Doctors’ TCM Dialectical Treatment

Purpose Analyzing and mining the TCM’s treatment experience of the famous traditional Chinese doctors of hypertensive nephropathy, and discovering the law of TCM name of hypertensive nephropathy, etiology, pathogensis,dialectical treatment,treating principle and prescription.Methods Collecting the literature and writings involving HN of TCM, including the themed literature based on the inclusion criteria, which is the study of twenty famous traditional Chinese doctors of TCM’s unique treatment experience of HN, toestablish literature information database. Analyzing the TCM name, etiology, pathogenesis, TCM syndrome, therapeutic principle and method, prescriptions,drugs by using content analysis, frequency analysis, hierarchical cluster analysis, summing up the commonly used prescriptions and drugs used by the twenty famous traditional Chinese doctors to treating UN in order to study the dialectical treatment law of HN from the famous traditional Chinese doctors.Result1. Among the twenty famous traditional Chinese doctors, there are nineteen doctors who name HN for Vertigo.2. The main etiology of HN is the lack of innate endowment, improper diet,emotional disorders, excessive labor,loss of treatment, and mistreatm-ent, blood stasis, but the lack of innate endowment and blood stasis are the most common(100%);foil owed by emotional disorders, excessive labor; Blood stasis is not only the product of pathology but also the etiology and is also the most common secondary etiology.3. The twenty famous traditional Chinese doctors insist unconsolidati-on of kidney-qi and blood stasis are the most common syndrome, followed by deficiency of liver and kidney, hyperactivity of liver-yang, deficienc-y of spleen and kidney, wet muddy resistance. Deficiency of Liver, spleen, kidney are the main syndrome of interior deficiency, blood stasis and wet muddy are the main syndrome of exterior excess.4. Dialectical treatment, treatment by stages+dialectical treatment, treatment based on disease different i at ion+dialectical treatment are the most common methods used on treating UN, twenty doctors use dialectical treatment, ten doctors use treatment by stages+dialectical treatment, and only two doctors use treatment based on disease differentiation+dialec-tical treatment.5. Twenty doctors propose that the main principles of treatment are replenishing viscera, regulating yin and yang, qi and blood., circulating blood, resolving dampness and turbidity, expelling phlegm and resolving turbidity, deal"ing damp and promoting diuresis, clearing heat and detoxicating, cleaning irascibility, claming down liver wind. There are125prescriptions collected from those literature, the common basal prescript-ions are1iuweidihuangtang, tianmagoutengyin, sijunzitang, shenqidi huangtang,qijudihuangtang, taohongsiwutang, banxiabaizhutianmatang, of which144species were used, a total of1663, the most commonly used drugs of the famous traditional Chinese doctors treating HN summarized by hierarchical cluster analysis are qi-tonifying drug, drug activating blood circulation and eliminating stasis,as list blow, shanyao, huangqi, gancao, baizhu, dangshen, danshen, niuxi, taoren, honghua, yimucao.Conclusion1.The common TCM name of HN is Vertigo;2.
