Objective:The purposes of this are to analyze the quantity, variety and structure of the 16-24 weeks pregnant woman's nutrition knowing the relation between her newborn weights and to enhance the guidance to the pregnant woman's alimentation, preventing large birth weight-giant infants (LBG) and low birth weight infants (LBW).Methods:333 cases of 16-24 weeks pregnant women with complete pre-birth periodical examination were chosen to set tracking archives respectively recording and variety of the food. The babies was divided into 3 groups according to their weights. Among them there were LBG with 4000g, normal-weight baby mother's standards were used to analyze the nutritious status of the two groups (both the LBW and LBG) in the way of liner analysis and non-condition logistic tropic analysis to describe the affecting factors which were related to the weight of newborn babies.Results:①Intakes of diets of sample subjects were inadequate. Gender, the leading impact factors of food groups on diet quality occurred for dairy products, cereal, legumes, vegetables, fruits and meats.②In the 16-24 weeks pregnancy the amount of calories and protein, lipids, carbohydrate,VitA and Ca are more and more with the crease of weights.③In the 16-24 weeks pregnancy the amount of calories and protein, lipids, carbohydrate, VitB1, Zn are different. And the difference was distinct.④In the 16-24 weeks pregnancy the difference of calories between the LBW group and the normal-weight group were distinct. And those of the LBW group were much less than those of the normal-weight group.⑤In the 16-24 weeks pregnancy the difference of calories, protein, VitB1 and Zn between the LBG group and the normal-weight group were distinct. And those of the LBG group were much more than those of the normal-weight group.⑥In the 16-24 weeks pregnancy the difference of calories, protein, VitB1 between the LBW group and the LBG group were different. And the difference was distinct. And those of the LBW group were much less than those of the LBG group.⑦In the 16-24 weeks the pregnancy the nutritious intake of LBW was less than the normal-weight group. And the nutritious intake of LBG was more than the normal-weight group.⑧Analyzing the nutrition and newborn birth weights in the way of liner analysis, it showed that NB W were positive correlated with the amount of the calories, protein, fat, carbohydrate, VitA, VitB1 and Zn which the pregnant women had took in every day.⑨Analyzing the nutrition and LBG group in the way of non-condition logistic tropic analysis to describe the affecting factors which are related to the weight of newborn babies showed that the amount of calories and protein, lipids which the pregnant woman in the 16-24 weeks had took in every day were positive correlated with the rate of LBG.Conclusion:①The dietary pattern of sample subjects is not balance. They should be taken to improve the unbalanced dietary pattern and modified by strengthening nutrition education.②Analyzing the nutrition and newborn birth weights in the way of liner analysis, it showed that NBW were positive correlated with the amount of the calories, protein, fat, carbohydrate, VitA, VitB1 and Zn which the pregnant women had took in every day.③In the16-24 weeks pregnancy the amount of calories that LBW group took in were much less than the normal-weight group. That is to say, in the 16-24 weeks pregnancy mothers who took in too low calories would probably born LBW.④In the 16-24 weeks pregnancy the amount of calories and protein, VitB1, Zn that LBG group took in were much more than the normal-weight group. That is to say, in the 16-24 weeks pregnancy mothers who took in too much calories and nutrition would probably born LBG.
