Although the OCCC has a strong invasive and poor clinical prognosis, but the current treatment options are still the same with other ovarian epithelial tumors OCCCshould adopt new treatment programs.In recent yeas, the progressOf gene therapy provides a new therapeutic approach for drug resistance to conventional chemotherapy in patients with OCCC.It is necessary to Clear OCCC related gene expression and its relationship with tumor outcome.At present, It is not reported about IGF2BP3 in Ovarian clear cell Carcinoma in domesitic and international.It was first used Immunohistochemistry IGF2BP3 in ovarian clear cell carcinoma andAnalyze its relation to clinical factors and prognosis. the study aimed to provide some evidence and molecular Basis of treatment for Ovarian clear Cell carcinoma.Objective:To study the expression and significance of IGF2BP3 In ovarian carcinoma of clear cell.Method:IGF2BP3 Protein expression was detected by immunohistochemistry from 44 patients undergoing complete resection for ovarian carcinoma of clear cell and 20 cases of contralateral normal ovarian tissue.The Protein expression level of IGF2BP3 was analysised with clinical factors and prognosis.Results:IGF2BP3 expression mainly localized in the cytoplasm of tumor cells in the endoscopic;It is were significantly differentfor the positive rate of IGF2BP3 expression inOCCC was 67%(29/44) higher than in normal ovarian0%(0/20). There was relationship betweenIGF2BP3 expression and clinical stage,it is not correlation in tumor size and patient age of OCCC pation.Conclusion:IGF2BP3 possibly as early diagnosis of ovarian clear cell carcinoma marker;Over-expression of IGF2BP3 protein may play important roles in occurrence and progression of OCCC.IGF2BP3 can be important diagnostic/therapeutic targets in OCCC.
