The Treatment Experience Of Tracheal Stenosis From Endotracheal Granuloma Forming After Tracheostomy

Objective:To evaluate the treatment of tracheal stenosis from endotracheal granuloma forming after tracheostomy.Methods:6 cases of tracheal stenosis form endotracheal granuloma forming after tracheostomy were analyzed. Fiberoptic laryugoscope and YAG laser were applied to gasify the endotracheal granuloma and to treat tracheal stenosis causing by the endotracheal granuloma forming after tracheostomy.Results:All of the 6 cases extubated smoothly after 6 months.Conclusion:Endotracheal granuloma forming after tracheostomy causes tracheal stenosis.we have applied fiberoptic laryngoscope and YAG laser to gasify the endotracheal granuloma,the surgical opeation treatment is a kind of valid method.
