Objective:A dog model of benign airway stenosis by endotracheal intubation was established and the formation of airway stenosis observed.Methods:5 dogs were randomly divided into A, B, C, D, E groups, kept general anesthesia and taken orotracheal intubation in them.The gasbag pressure of it was increased to 50 mm Hg in group A, similarily,70 mm Hg in group B, 90 mm Hg in group C,110 mm Hg in group D and 130 mm Hg in group E.And then every 4 hours its gasbag pressure was measured and supplemented timely,maintaining this condition for 24 hours(If the vital signs of dog had a bad change in the process of experiment, anesthesia intubation stoped at once.).When general anesthesia dog recoveried endotracheal tube was pulled out.following the formation process of airway stenosis was observed by bronchoscopy regularly.Resulting,a value of gasbag pressure which lead to airway stenosis the most possiblity was found.so this value was as to be a standard,as test was repeated.the data was come out.Model of airway stenosis was made successly finally.Results:This study showed that group A, B, C dogs had stable vital sign inexperiment and recoveryed successfully after pulled out endotracheal tube.The group D and E had an abnormal vital signs when experiment had run into 16,12 hours.Which showed heart rate, respiration increased,while blood pressure and blood oxygen saturation decreased.At the same time the results administrated the tracheal inner surface of each dog had an obvious congestion after extubation. But had no hemoptysis,tracheal perforation and other complications.Group A?B?D returned normal at 3d,6d,9d after resuscitation.but group E had severe airway stenosis, secretions blockage,wheezing,shortness of breath and died eventually in 10 d after resuscitation.Group C had severe airway stenosis in 12 d after resuscitation.Taking gas pressure of Group C as a standard,reproduced the process of building model,stable and reliable model of benign airway stenosis was acquired frequently.Conclusion : Investigation results showed when the gasbag inflation pressure was increased to 90 mm Hg with 24 hours,It could form a inflammatory granuloma in airway and cause tracheal stenosis eventually in dog. A model was taken successfully.Objective:Comparison of methods and assessment of efficacy treating with benign airway stenosis dog by brochoscopy interventional therapy.In order to seek a good method treating with airway stenosis model dogs.Methods:15 model dogs were randomly divided into A, B and C three groups,namely: the group treating by APC(A group),the group treating by cryotherapy(B group),the group treating by APC+ cryotherapy group(C group). Mealwhile SP02,respiratory rate, heart rate, blood gas analysis was recorded respctedly, WBC, ESR, CRP was measured separately before treatment,at the time of treatment,1day,5day,10 day,15day after treatment.Results:1.During the treatment, the SP02 of group A, B and C had decreased compared with prior treatment, which had significant difference(P < 0.05), After 5min treatment it began to recover.The respiratory rate of Group A, B and C of experiment dogs had increased compared with prior treatment, which had significant difference(P < 0.05),After 5min treatment,It began to recover.Group A and Group C of taking APC treatment stage,those heart rate had increased compared with prior treatment, the results had significant difference(P < 0.05),After 5min treatment, the heart rate gradually slowed down and the state returned to normal after 15 min treatment.At the stage of taking cryotherapy,The heart rate of Group A and Group C began to increase when brochoscope through the glottis compared with prior treatment,the results had significant difference(P < 0.05).While when brochoscope through the lesion,the heart rate began to decrease compared with prior treatment, the results had significant difference(P < 0.05),the heart rate gradually increase and the state return to normal after 15 min treatment.After 1d treatment,the herat rate,respiratory rate of group A?B and C had become to decrease,whereas SPO2 had no change,The Groups at the same time phase had no significant difference(P>0.05).2.During the treatment,Inflammation index(WBC?ESR?CRP)of Group A and C,which had increased at this day and 1d after treatment compared with prior treatment,the results had significant difference(P < 0.05),Inflammation index of Group B had a decline at the 0d after treatment,so do he Inflammation index of Group A and C at the 5d after treatment,which had significant difference(P < 0.05),But after 5d treatment,Group A compare with B had no significant difference(P>0.05).3.After treatment,The PH value of Group A,B and C of experimental dogs had no significant change,while PO2 was improved in different degree,Which had a improvement at the 10,15 day After treatment,Compared Group C to Group A and Group B,Group C had significant difference(P<0.05).PCO2 was decreased in different degree,Which had a decrease at the 15 day After treatment,Compared Group C to Group A and Group B,Group C had significant difference(P<0.05).4.After treatment,The condition of airway recanalization of Group C was superior to Group A and Group B, the results had significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion :APC+cryotherapy,APC and cryotherapy have similar security,and the treatment effect of APC+cryotherapy is better than APC or cryotherapy independently.
