Comparison Between Iliac Bone Autograft Or Not In Open Reducation And Internal Fixation To Treat The SandersⅢ,Ⅳ Calcaneal Fractures

Objective:To compare the curative effect of iliac bone autograft or not with ORIF in treatment of the Sandersâ…¢,â…£calcaneal fractures through the postoperative Maryland score and Bolher angle,Gissane angle,calcaneal hight,calcaneal width,complications.Methods:47 patients of calcaneal fracture which met the study criteria were treated by ORIF from 2007.1 to 2009.4.And they were divided into two groups according to whether accompanied with bonegraft.Both groups were followed up for 13-18months.use spss10.0 software process the date, find that the date of two groups showed no significant different(p>0.05). The main task in the process of follow-up is to measure and record patient's Bolher angle,Gissane angle,calcaneal hihgt,calcaneal width on the third day,the second month,the eight month of postoperation. Process the date with spss10.0 software and compare the two groups with the Maryland score and complications. Analyze the difference of the clinic curative effect between these two surgical treatment for Sandersâ…¢,â…£calcaneal fractures.Results:(1)Compare the two groups with postoperation Maryland score, there was no significant difference (p>0.05).(2) Compare the two group's Bolher angle,Gissane angle,calcaneal hihgt,calcaneal width on the third day after operation,there was no significant difference (p>0.05).(3) Compare the two group's Bolher angle,Gissane angle,calcaneal hihgt,calcaneal width on the second months after operation,there was no significant difference (p>0.05).(4) Compare the two group's Bolher angle,Gissane angle,calcaneal hihgt,calcaneal width on the eight month after operation,there was no significant difference (p>0.05).(5) Compare the two group's complications, there was no significant difference (p>0.05).Conclusion:â‘ In maintaining calcaneal Bolher angle,calcaneal Gissane angle, calcaneal hihg,calcaneal width, ORIF and iliac bone autograft was no significant difference to simple ORIF for the treatment of Sandersâ…¢,â…£calcaneal fractures.â‘¡In Maryland score and complications,ORIF and iliac bone autograft was no significant difference to simple ORIF for treatment of Sandersâ…¢,â…£calcaneal fractures.â‘¢ORIF and iliac bone autograft or not bone graft has a good curative effect in treating Sandersâ…¢,â…£calcaneal fractures.
