| Objective:Comparing the curative effect of open reduction andinternal fixation with allogeneic bone graft or simple open reduction andinternal fixation in treatment of the SandersIII calcaneal fractures, toexplore whether bone graft or not in the treatment of SandersIII calcanealfracture curative effect in the presence of difference. Methods:Statistics cases for the treatment of calcaneal fractureSanderIII from March2010to February2012and choose44patients ofcalcaneal fracture which met the study critertia. And they were dividedinto two groups according to whether accompanied with bone graft.Bothgroups were followed up and the period lasts for12-24months.Simpleopen reduction and internal fixation group as the control group with21cases of patients with21feet, left foot9cases,12cases right foot; Openreduction and internal fixation with allogeneic bone graft for thetreatment group of23feet in23patients, including10cases of left foot, right foot13cases.The main task in the process of follow-up is to statisticpatient’s Calcaneal anatomic Angle and heel bone morphology:Bolherangleã€Gissane angleã€calcaneal heihgtã€calcaneal width and fractureheeling time.Process the with spss13.0software and compare the two groups with the Maryland score.Analyze the difference of the cliniccurative effect between these two surgical treatment for SandersIIIcalcaneal fractures exploring whether the treatment of it’s clinicalcurative effect of the similarities and differences. Results:â‘´There was a significant difference while comparing thetwo group’s calcaneal height,Bolher angle while no significant differencewhen comparing the two group’s Gissane angle and calcaneal width onthe first month after operation.⑵There was a significant difference whilecomparing the two group’s calcaneal height,Bolher angle while nosignificant difference when comparing the two group’s Gissane angle andcalcaneal width on the forth month after operation.⑶There was nosignificant difference while comparing the two group’s calcanealheight,Bolher angle,Gissane angle and calcaneal width on the eighteenthmonth after operation.â‘·There was no significant difference whilecomparing the two group’s fracture heeling time.⑸There was nosignificant difference when comparing the two groups with postoperationMaryland score. Conclusion:â‘ During calcaneal SandersIII-type fracture ORIF,bonegraft has improved the recovery for postoperative Bolher angle andcalcaneal height, but had no obvious effect for calcaneal width or Gissaneangle.â‘¡The open reduction and internal fixation of SandersIII calcaneal fracture not to need to plant the bone, reduced the surgery operatingtime, saved the surgery expense, enhanced the curative effect and thestimulate function restores. It’s a reliable method for the treatment ofSandersIII calcaneal fracture and was worth on clinical pomoting. |
