Objective:.To compare the osseointegration of implanting at different time and evaluate the proper implanting time for clinical treatment. Methods:The mandibular premolar from 6 healthy adult dogs of 12-18 months old were extracted after anesthesia. Select three in four tooth sockets randomly, one for immediate implantation(A group), one for filling Bio-oss(B group), one as control(C group). Knock small titanium screw in each group's at buccal alveolar plate of tooth socket as sentinel sign,Cover the alveolar of A and B group with collogen membrane. After 12 weeks, We inserted 2 implants bilaterally in the premolar region of mandible at titanium screw. After 24 weeks 6 dogs were sacrificed and taken out of the mandibular with implants. The samples were evaluated and analyzed by Gross observation, radiographic observation, Fluorescence observation and histological observation.Results:1. Gross observation:A total of 36 implants, A group has 2 implants. They were taken out because of loosening at 2th surgery. The other implants have no clinical mobility, percussion sound crisp and no postoperative inflammation. Success rate of planting:A group 83.33%, B group 100%, C group 100%.2. radiographic observation:implants contacting with bone closely, there is no gap between them. The grey scale value of A,B and C group is 94.45±19.69,96.13±26.43,95.10±21.09 respectively. There are no significant differences among A,B and C group (P>0.05) 3. Histological observation:3groups'bone-implant combination(BIC) and bone area of peri-implant(BA) were A group:80.40±11.72,71.11±17.44; B group:78.32±14.46,69.70±14026; C group:57.79±7.06,5052±7.98. There are significant differences between A,B and C group(P<0.05), but there are no significant differences between A and B group (P>0.05).4. Fluorescence observation:Double fluorescence bands'Distance of 3 groups were A group:7.63±1.06, B group:6.89±0.57,Cgroup:5.22±0.22.New bone mineralization rate were A group:0.763±0.106,B group:0.689±0.057, C group:0.522±0.022.There are significant differences between A,B and C group (P<0.05),but there are no significant differences between A and B group (P>0.05).Conclusions:1. Immediate implant, Delayed implant and Delayed implant after bone graft can achieve an ideal Success rate of planting, but Immediate implant need Strict Surgical implant technology and Indications.2. Immediate implant combined with GBR, Delayed implant all can got better Osseointegrat.3. Bio-oss combined with bio-gide has good effect on osteoconduction, osteoinduction and osteogenesis. It can not only enhance the bone implant contact rate, but also new bone formation around the implant, increasing the scale of implant bone.4. The new bone mineralization rate around implant of Bone graft is higher than no Bone graft.5. Fluorescent tracer technique can be well observed implant-bone interface, it can be used as a method of calculating the rate of new bone mineralization. The number of fluorescent markers can suggest the extent of active bone formation, it's a method for Quantitative analysis of bone form-ation.
