Objective:To investigate the patients with lung cancer before and after surgery NK cell, T cell subsets and TH1, TH2 subsets of cytokines. Methods:Using flow cytometry in 40 patients with lung cancer before and after operation in different periods of peripheral blood NK cells, T lymphocyte subsets and TH1, TH2 subsets of cytokines for testing the changes. Results:â‘ Postoperative patients with lung cancer in peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets was markedly abnormal, CD3+, CD4+,CD8+T cells and NK cells lower than that preoperative reduced, CD4+ CD25+ CD127low regulatory T cell levels were significantly higher when compared with preoperative.â‘¡Postoperative patients with lung cancer TH1 cytokines subsets significantly lower than that before, while the TH2 cytokine levels in subgroups were higher than that before. Conclusion:The perioperative period T-lymphocyte subsets, NK cells and TH1, TH2 cytokines in monitoring sub-group to reflect changes in immune function in patients with lung cancer and objective indicators to guide the clinical treatment of patients with important reference value.
