BackgroudsBone defect that is caused by trauma,tumor and infections etc is very common in clinic,which is one of tough problems that doctors usually confront. Although traditionary autogeneic bone grafting has gained some good outcomes, there are still some drawbacks including finite source,extra-trauma,unsteablility etc. Epidemiology and immun-rejection are un-ignoring problems which xenogenic bone grafting have to confront,except high expense and finite in number.Bone tissue engineering has to be born and to be a new trend of orthopedics under the background that materials,medical science and biology has been developing so much.At present, bone substitute has replaced Autologous bone becase of the appearance of Bioactive materials.bone substitute usually is cast in some sharp in vivo before implanting in body through the surgery. Patient may be suffering trauma,but injectable bone substitute get rid of the drawback.lt only be injected into our body throuh syringe under the surgical positioning and solidifies to be three-dimensional porous scafford,which has some mechanical strength and biological activity and repair bone defects so as to the target of minimally invasive.so searching biological material which has osteoinductio,biological degradation,mechanical strength will be the orientation of the development of orthopedic surgery.Calcium sulphate is a good bone repairing material,which has good biocompatibility,biodegradation and osteoconduction.lt can be injected through syring and play a role in osteoconduction and provide some mechanical strength,but it has not osteoinduction.our research will make a new injectable bone substitute based on calcium sulphate,BMG and PRP so as to observe whether BMG prolong the function of slow-releasing of PRP and serves for our clinical treatmet.Objective:To approach the way of enhanced injectable calcium sulphate bone substituteTo investigate the physical and chemical performanceof enhanced injectable calcium sulphate bone substituteTo investigate the cell-compatibility of enhanced injectable calcium sulphate bone substituteMethods:produce calcium sulphate,BMG and PRP respectively,then recombine them To cast enhanced injectable calcium sulphate bone substitute.test the cell-compatibility and physical and chemical performance of enhanced injectable calcium sulphate bone substitute.Results:(1)acute pain group VAS score was higher than chronic pain group,between the two groups P=0.012 (<0.05) were significantly different. (2) acute pain group SDS mean score was higher than chronic pain group, the average score between the two groups P=0.021 (P<0.05) were significantly different. (3)The Orthopaedic inpatients VAS average score of SDS score more than 53 points higher than orthopedic patients less than 53 points,between the two groups P=0.002 (P<0.05) were significantly different. (4)The depression incidence rate of orthopedic inpatients with mild pain was 6.89%,moderate pain was 24.19%,severe pain was 37.5%. The incidence of depression increased with the degree of pain, compared among the three groups, X2 =6.516, P=0.038 (P<0.05), there are significant differences.Conclusion:The VAS pain score of orthopedic inpatients with acute pain higher than chronic pain group, the degree of pain and the incidence of depression was positively correlated, the higher the degree of pain, the higher the incidence of depression.
