In recent years, the total number of persons with disability has been increasing. As the same time, the disability situation and structure become more and more complex. So a big gap still exists between the progresses of support facilities and the number of disabled persons in China. Since there is a significant portion of physically disabled persons belong to stroke patient, the stroke attack has become the second largest cause of death and the largest cause of disability in China. Although the medical treatment expenses are huge, there are a lot of patients who do not have the conditions for rehabilitation. It brings a heavy burden not only to the patients and their families but also to the society.This paper studies the initiative assistant recovery equipment design for the hemiplegic patient who could move with other's hand and could use the assistant of the equipment to carry on body's recovery training by himself.After read mass of documents home and abroad, study the researches of lower limbs recover, I also made questionnaire survey to analyze needs of handicapped with Disabled Persons'Federation of Heping region Tientsin City, experimentalized movements of Disabled Persons in Tientsin recover center. Based on getting and analyzing of the information or data, design scheme on this paper was put forward.In this design, at first we analyzed the mathematics modeling method of body lower limb movements, Imitates normal person's gait on the machine to assistant patients'training which control by electric motor; second according to ergonomics strictly, analyze and locate the design of human-machine system about recovery equipment exact for patients.On the other hand, to assist recovery, the modeling full of sense of speed and warm color make medical machine no more cold, but send the encouragement and harmonious humanistic care; next integrates acupoint therapy of traditional Chinese medical science, add the magneto-therapeutic point which contain elements of Ti and Ge in it.In the end, with fuzzy evaluation method, let experts and patients evaluate together, using fuzzy subset and functions in advanced mathematics and matrixes to quantify the evaluation of design estimate, the result data shows that recovery equipment design in this paper meets the condition to manufacture.
