Purpose: Compare and investigate the diagnostic difference and relativity of Dual-source CT with that of Coronary Angiography in the assessment of grafts patency after Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting. Summarize the grafts'CT Angiography features and analyze the related factors affecting the patency of the grafts. Objects and methods: Eighty-eight patients after CABG (233 grafts, 73 arterial and 160 venous) underwent Siemens Dual-source CT Angiography, among them, twenty-four patients (60 grafts) underwent Coronary Angiography within 2 weeks after CTA. Evaluate the proximal anastomosis, bypass grafts and distal anastomosis patency of all the patients, compare and calculate the diagnostic difference and relativity between the two imaging techniques. According to the normal standards or professional knowledge, the datum was divided into different groups respectively by different kinds of grafts, target vessels, CABG surgery intervals, surgery age and sex, and the groups of multi-risk factors were divided by scoring. At last, calculate and compare the disease rates in different groups whether have significant difference. And probably define different factors affecting disease rates of the grafts. Results: 1. Compare to the CAG technology, dual-source CTA have no significant difference in the result of grafts disease rates, which indicates good relativity between the two technics. 2. The arterial grafts patency rate were significantly higher than that of saphenous vein grafts. 3. The patency of the grafts with different target vessels have no significant difference.4. The disease rate of left internal mammary artery(LIMA)have no significant difference among different CABG intervals, and so of the Saphenous Vein (SV). 5. The disease rate of LIMA grafts in surgery age of 50 to 60 group is significantly higher. And the disease rate of saphenous grafts in surgery age of younger than 50 group is significantly higher. 6. Impact of gender on outcome of LIMA grafts patency have no significant difference. But the saphenous'disease rate of women is significantly higher than men. 7. The multi-risk factors can increase the disease rate of grafs after CABG.Conclusions: The lesions of grafts after CABG are common, dual-source CT angiography can be used as an accurate and non-invasive technology for angiographic follow-up of grafts after coronary artery bypass surgery . The patency of LIMA grafts are significantly excellent than that of saphenous . The surgery age, gender and multi-risk factors are all significantly affecting the patency of grafts. Different target vessels and different surgery intervals have no significant impact on the patency of grafts.
