Objective:To obsreve the effects of grade 1 diabetes exercise prescription (desiged by Chen Qing-yun and published by guangxi golden gulf electronic audio-visual press) on the nail fold microcirculation and diabetic peripheral neuropathy in the patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods:Using self-and group control methods.80 patients with type 2 diabetics were divided into the treatment group(n=40), which were 23 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy, accepted the grade 1 diabets exercise prescription for 50 minutes per day, and control group(n=40), which were 20 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy, maintained the original exercise habits. The first row nail of the fourth nail was detected by microcirculation microscope before and in the 2 minutes of the movement therapy over and after 3 month movement therapy.16 indexes were analyzed by Multiple Quantitative Evaluation Method of Nailfoid Microcirculation to identify the clinical effect and changes of nailfold microcirculation. At the same time, to observe therapeatic effect of grade 1 diabets exercise prescription on diabetic peripheral neuropathy according to the deducted ratio of accumulated points of peripheral neuropathy clinical symptoms before and aftre 3 month movement therapy. Results:â‘ The patients with type 2 diabetes were obvious abnormality of different degrees in microcirculation. The integral value of nail fold microcirculation, the caliber of blood capillary, the clarity, malformation and exudation of blood capillary, the aggregation of red cell and flow state of treatment group were improved significantly after treatment (P<0.05). There were significant differences between treatment group and control group (P<0.05).â‘¡There were significant differences on level of the markedly effective rate and the total effective rate of the clinical symptoms of diabetic peripheral neuropathy between treatment group and control group after 3 month movement therapy (P<0.05).Conclusion:the grade 1 diabets exercise prescription could markedly improve the microcirculation disturbance and diabetic peripheral neuropathy in the patients with type 2 diabetes.
