Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of treating rheumatism of joint pain by and explore the mechanism of treating rheumatism of joint pain with the bee-sting therapy. To study the mechanism from theoretical and clinical aspects.Methods:60Patients are selected as cases to research on. All cases with rheumatism of joint pain are divided at random into two groups---30in therapeutic groups, and the other30in contrastive group. The therapeutic group are treated by bee-sting therapy, while the control group are treated by Daphne Capsules. Observations, recordings and comparisons are made before and after the treatment, in terms of the changes of curative effect of two groups; safety and Therapeutic observations are conducted respectively.Results:The total curative effects of treatment group and contrastive group is100%and87%respectively. There are markedly differences between two groups. The curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group (P<0.05) Conclusion:The bee-sting therapy is a kind of effective and safe remedy for the patient of rheumatism of joint pain to improve their nail fold microcirculation, hemorheology, the grade of TCM symptom.
