Objective:thermo-chemotherapy and chemotherapy alone in patients with malignant bone marrow suppression effect on the difference.Method:used Self-control methods, selected 32 patients, two cycles were applied in exactly the same chemotherapy regimen, which has a combined cycle while whole body hyperthermia microwave energy bunching, observed changes in peripheral blood of patients, analysis of thermo-chemotherapy and chemotherapy alone after treatment of WBC, neutrophil, hemoglobin and platelet, and thus of heat chemotherapy and chemotherapy alone in patients with malignant bone marrow suppression effect on the difference.Results:1. Heat chemotherapy and chemotherapy alone group after treatment to reduce the incidence of peripheral white blood cells, white blood cells to reduce the extent (Ⅲ-Ⅳ°) of the comparison, peripheral blood after treatment occurredⅢ-Ⅳ°to reduce the start time, placeⅢ-Ⅳ°to reduce the duration and from peripheral white blood cells begin to reduce the average time required to return to normal by comparison showed that heat chemotherapy and chemotherapy alone group had no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05). Tip: hyperthermia did not significantly increase the reduction in peripheral white blood cells after chemotherapy toxicity.2. Heat chemotherapy and chemotherapy alone group after treatment, blood neutropenia incidence of peripheral blood neutrophils after treatment, cellsⅢ-Ⅳ°to reduce the start time occurredⅢ-Ⅳto reduce the continuing time and from peripheral blood neutrophils begin to reduce the average time required to return to normal the comparison, P values were> 0.05, the difference was not statistically significant. Thermo-chemotherapy group and the chemotherapy group after treatment of neutropenia in peripheral blood of the most serious level, it shows a group of chemotherapy to reduce the degree of peripheral blood neutrophils significantly more severe than heat chemotherapy group, the difference was statistically significant ( P = 0.045). The results suggest that hyperthermia may reduce chemotherapy on the inhibition of neutrophil toxicity.3. Thermo-chemotherapy group and the group treated with chemotherapy alone to reduce the incidence of hemoglobin compared with no significant difference between the comparison (P> 0.05). Studies were not observed in hemoglobinⅢ-Ⅳ°decrease in the. The results suggest that: hyperthermia after chemotherapy did not significantly increase the toxicity of hemoglobin reduction.4. Hyperthermic chemotherapy group and the chemotherapy group, the incidence of thrombocytopenia, the difference was not significant (P> 0.05); 1 case occurred in both groupsⅢ°thrombocytopenia. The results suggest that: hyperthermia after chemotherapy did not significantly increase the toxicity of thrombocytopenia. Conclusion:Spotlight microwave energy body hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumors did not significantly increase the WBC, neutrophil, hemoglobin and platelet reduction, and can alleviate to some extent chemotherapy for peripheral blood neutrophils reduced.
