Objective: To investigate the sur laparoscopic varicocele ligation method with the Jinleng treatment of varicocele (VC) due to the clinical efficacy of infertility, and explore the auxiliary treating infertile patients with varicocele after operating。Methods: 233 cases of infertility VC were divided into two groups, A group (182 patients) for surgical treatment group with the Jinleng method, B group (51 cases) for the surgery alone group. A group of 182 cases in which, aged 24 to 45 years, with an average 29.8 years old, 153 cases of varicose left side, bilateral varices in 29 cases; 111 cases of mild, moderate 33 cases, 38 cases of severe; all patients the day after the continuous operation the use of Jinleng underwear, sooner or later each time, every 30 minutes, treatment for 90 days. B group of 51 patients, aged 22 to 45 years, with an average 29.4 years old, 45 cases of varicose left, bilateral varicose 6 cases; mild in 29 cases, moderate in 13 cases, severe in 9 cases, a simple line of laparoscopic spermatic vein ligation surgery.Selected 47 cases of healthy men as control group. A, B group after treatment, the first measurement of 1,2,3-month changes in scrotal temperature, the first detection of 3,6,9,12-month changes in semen quality. Follow up A, B two group patients with 12-month spouse's pregnancy situation. Results: VC infertile patients with left and right scrotal temperatures higher than the control group in order to increase mainly the left scrotum. VC infertile patients with sperm density, motility, A + B grade the proportion of sperm lower than those in the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.01). A group of 182 cases of VC treatment of infertility in patients with normal semen quality after treatment were 73 cases, semen quality improved in varying degrees in 78 cases, ineffective in 27 cases, semen improvement rate of 85.2%. A total of 86 cases of successful conception, pregnancy rate of 47.2%. 2 months after treatment the average scrotal temperature returned to normal, compared with the surgery before, the difference was significant (P<0.05);6 months after treatment of sperm density, sperm viability, A + B grade the proportion of sperm was significantly higher than that before treatment, and treatment for paired T test, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Treatment of 51 cases of VC group B infertile patients after normal semen quality analysis, 17 patients improved to varying degrees the semen of 22 cases, ineffective in 12 cases, postoperative semen improvement rate of 76.8%. A total of 16 cases of successful conception, pregnancy rate of 31.3%. After 3 months the average scrotal temperature returned to normal, with the surgery compared with the preoperative, the difference was significant (P<0.05);after nine months, the sperm density, sperm viability, A + B grade the proportion of sperm compared with the preoperative obvious, and before surgery, there are significant gender difference (p < 0.05).Conclusion: VC in patients with bilateral testicular temperature can rise to the main affected side. Jinleng method to VC patients the testicular temperature drop over a short time and at a lower temperature. VC can cause decreased sperm quality, resulting in infertility. Laparoscopic spermatic vein ligation is an effective way to treat VC, and varicocele ligation method combined Jinleng Method more effectively than surgery alone to improve semen quality and increasing the pregnancy rate of VC spouses of patients, shorten treatment pregnant spouse time.
