Analysis Of Sex Hormones On Infertile Varicocele Patients Before And After Surgery

Objective:Analyze varicocele patients before and after infertility hormonal changes of varicocele and infertility caused by hormone changes in the mechanism.Methods:Collected 27 cases of hospitalized patients, according to the degree of varicocele patients were divided into gradeâ…¡group,â…¢degree of group two, who underwent varicocele ligation. Preoperative collection of blood samples for follicle stimulating hormone (Follicle-stimulating hormone, FSH), luteinizing hormone (Luteinizing hormone, LH) and testosterone (Testosterone, T) content.3 months after the first review, conducted statistical analysis and comparison of results of the group.Results:1) Preoperative degree of varicocele groupâ…¡,â…¢degree group FSH, LH values higher than normal mean value, T value is lower than normal mean value, but the degree of groupâ…¡FSH, LH and T value of the average levels were within normal range; and fineâ…¢degree varicocele group FSH, LH values greater than the average normal range.2) Degree after varicocele groupâ…¡,â…¢degree of postoperative FSH, LH values decreased, T value increased,â…¡and group FSH, LH and T values close to normal levels.
