Research Of Sex Homones On Infertile Varicocele Patients Before And After Surgery

Objective:Compare hormonal changes of infertile varicocele patients before and after varicocele 1igation and study infertility caused by hormone changes in the mechanism.Methods:Retrospective analysis in January 2013~2014 in July 29 an example by surgery(laparoscopic vein high ligation)of varicocele cases,of which 17 cases of II,III degrees in 12 cases.Preoperative collection of blood samples for follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and testosterone(T)content.3 months after the first review,conducted statistical analysis and comparison of results of the group.Results: 1)Preoperative degree of varicocele group ?,? degree group FSH,LH values are higher than normal mean value,T value is lower than normal mean value,but the degree of group ? FSH,LH and T value of the average leve Is are within normal range;while ? degree varicocele group FSH,LH values are greater than the average normal range.2)Degree after varicocele 1igation group ?,? degree of postoperative FSH,LH values decreased,T value increased,the degree of group ? FSH,LH and T values close to normal levels.According to statistical analysis,the degree of group ?,? degree between groups FSH,LH and T levels was statistically significant value(t=5.22,7.19,4.25,P<O.05).3)Varicocele infertility,group ? degree,? degree postoperative serum FSH,LH values were lower compared with before surgery(t=3.19?4.68?4.73?8,71 P<0.05),serum T increased compared with the preoperative value(t=5.17?4.17,P<0.05).Conclusions: 1?Varicocele can cause male infertility patients with hormone FSH,LH,T levels of varying degrees of change.2?Infertile patients with varicocele ligation,the hormone FSH,LH,T levels of improvement.After treatment,varicocele grade ? group sex hormone is better.
