The Study On The Correlation Between Sperm Motility,Sperm Malformation Rate And Sperm DNA Damnification

With the development of science and technology, the integrity of DNA sperm for reproductive effects by people's attention。In recent years,domestic and foreign scholars infertile men with the semen of traditional routine inspection includes sperm abnormalities,quantity,density,activities and antisperm antibody,etc。At the same time,they found that some patients with idiopathic sterility the semen parameters by conventional other factors,such as DNA integrity.Experimental results demonstrate that the integrity of the DNA sperm for accurate transmission genetic information is essential。The parameter has been proved and fertilization process and normal embryonic development are closely related。But the integrity of the DNA and semen parameters and sperm deformity of the correlation between concrete has been reported。This paper chose 103 clinical samples sperm motility and sperm deformity rate ,the correlation analysis and the DNA damage。Combination of DNA damage SCGE experimental analysis and application of statistical software SPSS13.0 original data analysis,the results showed that the sperm deformity and live,tail mixed malformations index for reproduction.
