Abstract/Summary:
60 cases with PHC, without anti-virus treatment ever, were sampled which diagnosed firstly in outpatient service in first Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from April 2008 to December 2009.HBV-M and DNA were determined by both ELESA and PCR respectively in 60 patients with PHCResultsAmong the 60 PHC patients,88.3% were HBV infection, the positive rate of HBV DNA was 80.6%, in which 77.5% of patients'HBV DNA was higher than 104 copies/ml, and 15.1% were between 102 and 104 copies/mlConclusionsIt is confirmed that HBV infection is a major starting factor to PHC, furthermore, the PHC occurrence has the proportion to HBVDNA replication, given anti-HBV therapy to HBV patients timely can delay and prevent PHC effectively...
