| Objective:To analyze the etiology and pathogenesis of the Chronic Superficial Gastritis with the perception of the Traditional Chinese Medicine, as well as to investigate the various stage of pathogenic changes of the said disease, in order to sum up the key pathogenesis, thus to provide the principles and ideas for healing the disease by means of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).Significance:The studies of the stipulated research are the patients with the confirmed diagnosis of the chronic superficial gastritis by the western medicine. A breakthrough in thinking in related to classifications of syndrome in TCM for the disease. Observations in symptoms along the whole process of the disease, as for seeking for a common or a key pathogenesis. Finally, This study will ascertain the principles and methods of the Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment.Method:Collect the information of symptoms of 62 eligible cases of chronic superficial gastritis patients, and by use of the statistical software spssl3.0, adopting frequency distribution and other methods to analyze and arrange the information.Result:Uncontrolled diets and emotion upsets are the major factors in the occurrence and development of the chronic superficial gastritis. The frequency of symptoms appeared most are abdominal distention,epigastric stuffiness and fullness,belching,unease of throat and so on. These symptoms of the disease have always been throughout the whole course. In the different stages of the course, those external manifestations are accompanied by a variety of pathogenesis such as damp-heat,phlegm and fluid,food stagnation,liver depression,blood stasis,spleen-stomach weakness.Conclusion:Chronic superficial gastritis belongs to the scope of TCM internal-injured spleen-stomach diseases. The key etiology is that the spleen-stomach's functional activities of qi is disordered, then in the different stages of the course, there will be with some combinations of pathogenesis changes of damp-heat,phlegm and fluid,food stagnation,liver depression,blood stasis,spleen-stomach weakness etc, which appeared in the disease. The main locations of the disease are in the spleen and stomach, and the liver and gallbladder are also closely related organs. Therefore, the disease's basic treatment is to recuperate the qi of the spleen and stomach, That is to say that the therapy is in using the form of the pungent dispersing and bitter descending in TCM, is the fundamental method to cure internal injury spleen-stomach disease. In addition, the therapy will be on this basis and with the clearing of heat and resolving dampness,warming and resolving phlegm and fluid retention promoting digestion and removing food stagnation,soothing liver and regulating qi,activating blood and resolving stasis,replenish qi and invigorating spleen and proceeding other therapies. |
