This dissertation mainly concerned about the allocation of the chronic superficialgastritis under the direction of traditional Chinese medicine, and to determine thepatients' distribution with the nomination and the disease type in order to support thediagnosis and treatment in the clinic practice. Besides there is also a duplication of thechronic gastritis model which mainly concems about the factors that leads to thedisease, and this duplication also means to bring the findings up to the clinical practiceand help to prevent the disease.This dissertation consists of three summaries, an experiment report and a clinicalresearch report, and still includes some standards for diagnosis, clinical report tableand part of the analysis results.The three summaries, each of them, concerns about the establishment of animal'schronic gastritis model, the updates of the traditional Chinese medicine and modernmedicine in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis. And all these are intended tofind out a adequate animal model to duplicate and modify, and to draft out a adequatecase report table.The experiment, which was taken out by using a method to insert a spring in themice's pylorus and force-feed a solution with high temperature and hyper osmosis, hasan evaluation of the weight, appearance and pathology change between the modelgroup and the normal group. By the end of the experiment, it has been made clear thatthe weight of the mice in the model group is lighter than those in the normal group,and there also be distinction of the appearance and pathology examinations betweenthe two groups. So the conclusion has been made that the factors-inserted spring,refluxed intestinal juice, solution with high temperature and hyper osmosis-can inducechronic superficial gastritis.The clinical research, which has been taken out by use a case report form consistsof remote cause, eating habit, anamnesis, use record for NSAIDs and the symptomswhich with information of traditional Chinese medicine, has been analysised by factoranalysis method with SPSS software. And a conclusion that the come out of thechronic superficial gastritis are mostly caused by eating or drinking withouttemperance and the Chinese nomination for chronic superficial gastritis are mainlydistributed in stomach ache, feeling of fullness and hiccup, and the type are mainlydistributed in heat-wet type and silted-artery-and-vein type. And this finding cansupport the clinical practice.
