Qiangjiji anli group can significantly increased E2 content (P<0.01), improve T cont ent(P<0.05), E2/T drop ratio, Astragalus polysaccharide, Qiangji group tot al polysaccharide, astragalus membranaceus, Qiangji nucleoside group tota 1 content of mangiferin group E2 to have the varying degree of lower (P<0. 01), astragalus membranaceus, Qiangji total nucleoside total content of m angiferin T drop group(P<0.05), and the four groups can be different degr ees E2/T ratio, but this was not statistically significant.Cytokines:spleen model rats TNF, IL-2, IL-6 levels than normal contr ols were decreased significantly (P<0.05-0.01), Qiangjijianli group and a stragalus polysaccharide, astragalus can obviously increase total nucleos ide group serum TNF content (P<0.01), Qiangji groups and Qiangji total po lysaccharide nucleoside rats, serum content of TNF rises but this was not statistically significant. Qiangji groups can obviously increase health force serum IL-2 content (P<0.01), the rest of the different degree can b e increased serum IL-2 levels, a statistically significant (P<0.05), Qian gjijiali group can significantly increased IL-6 content (P<0.01), astraga lus membranaceus, Qiangji group total nucleoside total of IL-6 nucleoside group also affect content (P<0.01), but the Qiangji group, astragalus po lysaccharide polysaccharide group no significant changes.Cyclic nucleotides:Compared with the control group, spleen model ra ts plasma cAMP content significantly (P<0.01) elevated, but the content o f cGMP has no obvious changes, cAMP/cGMP ratio also increased (P<0.01), Q iangjijianli can make cAMP content, cAMP/cGMP ratio lower (P<0.01), sligh tly elevated levels cGMP. Astragalus polysaccharide, astragalus nucleosid e and muscle group total polysaccharide group compared with spleen model group cAMP content decreased, cGMP content increased but no statistical s ignificance, astragalus membranaceus polysaccharide and Qiangji polysacch aride cAMP/cGMP ratio lower group (P<0.01). Qiangji group total content o f mangiferin cAMP (P<0.05) cAMP/cGMP ratio lower (P<0.01).Amylase and albumin:spleen model rats, serum amylase and albumin lev els were decreased obviously (P<0.01), Qiangjijianli group, astragalus me mbranaceus polysaccharide, Qiangji polysaccharide, Qiangji groups can mak e amylase total nucleoside and albumin levels have different degrees of i ncreased (P<0.01), especially with Qiangjijianli group for health. And as tragalus can make the total content of mangiferin amylase increased (P<0. 05), albumin levels are increased but this was not statistically signific ant.Pathological morphology change:spleen model group thymus and spleen are pathological changes, protein expression significantly reduce PCNA spleen (P < 0.01). Compared with the spleen, Qiangji jianli group, Qiangji polysaccharide group, Qiangji nucleoside groups can prevent spleen and thymus pathological lesions appear.
