Objective:By observing the electro-acupuncture with warm needle treatment of simple obesity of damp pathogen obstructed by splenic deficieney of the clinical efficacy, So as to further define electro-acupuncture with warm needle treatment of simple obesity provide evidence for clinical efficacy and comparative electro-acupuncture with warm needle and electric acupuncture in treatment efficacy for the direction of the clinical syndromes of simple obesity treatment. that searching a more targeted, more effective acupuncture therapy for clinical simple obesity of damp pathogen obstructed by splenic deficieney to improve clinical efficacy of acupuncture to lose weight.Method:Summarized the present searching situation of treating simple obesity by acupuncture and moxibustion in our country, after reviewing a great deal of medical literature related to ancient and modern TCM and Western Medicine. 70 patients with simple obesity were chosed and allocated into 2 groups according to the single-blind random principle:electro-acupuncture with warm needle, electric acupuncture. The changes of each fat-index (including WHR, BMI and F%) of the patients were checked before and after the therapy, so as to evaluate the clinical effect of the 2 methods, searching a more targeted, more effective acupuncture therapy for clinical simple obesity of damp pathogen obstructed by splenic deficieney to improve clinical efficacy of acupuncture to lose weight. Results: 1. After being allocated into groups randomly,5 cases of the 70 patients were missed during the therapeutic courses, leavig 65 cases involved in the statistical analysis.2. The total effective rate of the 2 groups,96.97% and 81.25% respectively, were processed by statistics showing significant differences(P<0.05).3. The fat-indexes of the 3 groups were remarkably reduced after the therapeutic courses(P<0.05), and the decreasing ranges were processed by statistics showing significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions:Both electro-acupuncture with warm needle and electric acupuncture had therapeutic effects in simple obesity of damp pathogen obstructed by splenic deficieney, compared with the two therapy, electro-acupuncture with warm needle is better.
