Objective To evaluate emotional state at different TCM syndromes in Alopecia Seborrheica patients.Methods Collect the clinical information of Alopecia Seborrheica patients and the score of Symptom Checklist 90, and count the total scores, masculine symptom level, and scores of body Symptom, sensitivity of society, depression, anxiety, opposition, phobia, crankiness, psychosis and additional items. Correlation analysis to study Symptom Checklist 90 standard score in different TCM syndromes, and correlation coefficient r demonstrated correlation in two groups.Results There was statistical significance in the correlation between the syndrome of dampness-heat of spleen an d stomach, wind and dryness due to blood heat, liver an d kidney deficiency and the standard score of Symptom Checklist 90 scale respectively (P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the correlation between the syndrome of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach an d the standard score of Symptom Checklist 90 (P>0.05). While there was statistical significance in the correlation between the syndrome of wind and dryness due to blood heat, liver and kidney deficiency and the standard score of Symptom Checklist 90 respectively (P>0. o5). There was no statistical significance in the correlation between the syndrome of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach an d the standard score of Symptom Checklist 90 (P>0.05). While there was statistical significance in the correlation between the syndrome of wind and dryness due to blood heat, liver and kidney deficiency and the standard score of Symptom Checklist 90 respectively (P>0. o5).Conclusions Alopecia Seborrheica patients with syndrome of wind and dryness due to blood heat, liver an d kidney deficiency have a certain depression. There was no statistical significance in the correlation between the syndrome of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach an d the standard score of Symptom Checklist 90.
