Chronic Eczema is the common dermatitis easily leading anxiety, depression or other mood disorders and impacting on quality of life of patients because of impacting beautiful outlook. This study analysis the impact factors of eczematous severity and investigated the conditions and influencing factors of the quality of life in eczema to early interment the risk factors of eczema, increase awareness of the disease and patients'quality of life, improve the comprehensive treatment of eczema.Methods50 patients in chronic eczema and 50 healthy people that visiting in our department between 2009-09 and 2010 was researched by using there questionnaires, clinical data, WHOQOL-BREF and DLQI. ALL date will be input into computer, and then we use spssl.5 to analysis. In order to know the situations of two groups, we try to figure out is there a difference between them By comparing the scores of DLQI and WHOQOL-BREF. At the same time we try to figure out the influencing factors between every syndromes of tcm. We can evaluate the Qol and influencing factors of patients in eczema, so that we can help them to choose to be best treated with reasonable cost. Results46 patients, Of the 50 chronic eczema patients who responded to the survey, returned the questionnaires.42 Questionnaires were valid(84.0%); Of the 50 healthy people who responded to the survey,49 patients returned the questionnaires.43 Questionnaires were valid (86.0%);The total mean DLQL score (13.95±4.98) and symptoms feelings, relationships, treatment dimensions in eczema patient are higher than that in healthy people (0.15±0.08), which had statistical significance (p <0.01). The score of WHOQOL-BREF between the study group and control group also have statistical significance.Using multivariate stepwise regression method, we screened out the impactions of DLQI including state of illness education sex and economics; and the impactions of WHOQOL-BREF including state of illness and education. The impactions of DLQI of Spleen Dysfunction due to Dampness including illness education sex and economics. The impactions of DLQI of syndrome of wind and dryness due to blood deficiency including illness and education. And the impactions of WHOQOL-BREF of Spleen Dysfunction due to Dampness and syndrome of wind and dryness due to blood deficiency including state of illness and education.ConclusionChronic Eczema patients got higher score in DLQI than healthy people with greater impact on patients'quality of life. State of illness, education, sex and economics are the main factors that influence patient's quality of life. Measurement and evaluation of the quality of life provide a new research method for the patient's health status and influencing factors, applications, and further research should be promoted.
