Objective: To understand the quality of life of nursing staff,analyze the demographic characteristics of nursing staff and the impact of general health conditions on the quality of life,so as to provide scientific basis for improving the physical and mental health of nursing staff and improving the quality of life of nursing staff.Objects and Methods: A total of 650 nursing staff in a hospital in shenyang were selected as questionnaire subjects by cluster random sampling method,and 558 valid questionnaires were collected.The WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire was used for the analysis.T-test and one-way anova were used to compare the quality of life of nurses with different characteristics.Correlation analysis and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the relationship between general health status of nurses and their demographic characteristics and quality of life.Results:1.The results of general health analysis of nursing staff showed that the self-affirmation scores of nursing staff with different demographic characteristics in turnover intention,colleague relationship,job satisfaction,number of physical exercise,presence or absence of chronic diseases and emotional changes were different,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The results of life quality analysis of nursing staff showed that there were significant differences in the scores of turnover intention,family burden,colleague relationship,job satisfaction,chronic disease,mood change,department,physical exercise,marital status,establishment and professional title in the physiological field of nursing staff,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in scores of family burden,turnover intention,colleague relationship,job satisfaction,chronic disease,mood change,department,number of physical exercise,establishment,marital status and professional title in the psychological field of nursing staff,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of family burden,turnover intention,colleague relationship,jobsatisfaction,mood change,presence or absence of chronic disease,social comprehensive event,marital status and preparation of nursing staff in social field were different,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in scores of family burden,turnover intention,colleague relationship,job satisfaction,presence or absence of chronic disease,emotional change,preparation,number of physical exercise,professional title and social comprehensive events among nursing staff in the field of environment(P<0.05).3.From the analysis of the correlation between general health status of nursing staff and quality of life,it was found that the self-affirmation score of general health status of nursing staff was positively correlated with the total scores of physiological field,psychological field,social field,environmental field and quality of life.4.With domain score of physiology of nursing staff as the dependent variable,demographic characteristics and the general health situation self-affirmation sub-projects as the independent variable stepwise linear regression,the results,it is concluded that the main influence factors for the results it is concluded that the main influence factors for general health score,the presence of chronic diseases,the job seniority,colleague relationship,job satisfaction,etc.Taking the score of nursing staff in the psychological field as the dependent variable and the demographic characteristics and general health status as the independent variable,multiple stepwise linear regression was conducted.Taking social field score of nursing staff as dependent variable and demographic characteristics and general health status as independent variable,multiple stepwise linear regression was conducted.Results the main influencing factors were general health status total score,job satisfaction,colleague relationship,current marriage status,self-affirmation,etc.Taking the score of nursing staff in the field of environment as the dependent variable and the demographic characteristics and general health status as the independent variable,multiple stepwise linear regression was conducted..Conclusions:The quality of life of nursing staff is related to their general mental health,and the correlation analysis between the general mental health of nursing staff and thequality of life shows that the self-affirmation score of general health of nursing staff is positively correlated with the total scores of physiological field,psychological field,social field,environmental field and quality of life.The main factors affecting the quality of life of nursing staff were general health status total score,job satisfaction,the presence or absence of chronic diseases,relationship with colleagues,length of service,family burden,social comprehensive events,emotional changes,and current marital status.
